Review 1：no WiFi facility and in-house F&B services, also not suitable for elderly people to climb the stairs to the lobby.

Review 2：the location is quite strategic and accessible to major landmark in the city.

Review 3：Staff did not come to clean the room on our second day. It was very frustrated when you find out the room was been cleaned after you come back from day tour in the town. Poor maintenance for e.g. the one of the hotel door and the master bedroom door were not working.

Review 17：The room was very smelly, sth like dirty feet. There were cockroaches, the small ones that comes with dirt. No shuttle service, we sent them an email to pick us up more than 1 week before we arrived and no response. When we left, we asked for it again, they called a taxi to take us to the airport. The taxi fixes the price, not the hotel.The building and the corridor are very old.

Review 18：It's 15-30min drive from the airport. The studio is big enough and well decorated and furnished ; flat tv with good reception, small & convenient kitchen w/ fridge, kettle, micro wave, plates, cutlery... if there wasn't this constant bad smell and the cockroaches, it would have worth the cost.

Review 19：We felt very offended when the hotel staff phoned > 4 hours after check out and complaint that dirty mark (? lipstick mark) in the room we stayed. So far, many hotels we have stayed & that was 1st time in my life received such a call from hotel. Actually my wife realized that the marks already there when we 1st entered the room and she confirmed she didn't bring any lipstick. If the hotel want to be everlasting I hope management especially room maintenance and housekeeping must be improved.

Review 23：They provide good services to the customer. Very helpful and friendly worker. But not suggested to family who have babies because the mosque is just infront of the hotel and the volume can be a bit to loud for babies to sleep. However the place is very near to a lot of places. Just a walking distance to pasar siti khadijah and others historical places. A very good and clean place to stay. Most probably would come again.

Review 117：Connecting room was used to serve food buffets to loads of guests attending conferences in the hotel which resulted in a lot of noice very early and very late. Shower did not provide hot water and many leaking places in the bathroom.

Review 119：I think the rate 380 that I paid for a two room apartment here is too expensive by what the hotel has to offer. The lobby is too small plus we had to carry our big luggage by hauling them from the parking lot up some staircase. The rooms were quite dusty. I don't think I would want to stay here again.

Review 120：Our latest stay was a bit disappointed. The air conditioner was not working properly. The shower was also not in good condition. Hopefully the hotel management will look into this as apart from this few unpleasant things, it is a decent nice place to stay.

Review 122：Could only check in at 2pm whereas the room wasn't occupied beforewe suspected. No eating facilities. Make sure you are in back ofbuilding, since hotel is opposite the mosque. Kitchen not operational,no gas cooker present only microwave. No plates, cups etc present.
