Review 1：Everything was good, though a bit more attention could be given to the room's floor - at times it didn't seem to be very clean.

Review 9：We go a suite instead of a regular room. That was the one thing we liked about the hotel. The building itself is old and needs renovation. You have to wait for an elevator for 5 minutes during breakfast and check-out time (there are only two of them and one was broken for one day during our three-day stay) Breakfast is very poor. Silver is old. Tables look dirty and old. Staff at the restaurant was kind of rude. That was the worst hotel in Italy I've been to (most three-stars hotels are much better)

Review 11：Close to centre, easy walk. Don't be put of from others comments about prostitues on sidewalk, seen maybe 2per night and they did not bother us or hotel guests.

Review 12：The receptionist by name Roberto was a very nice guy. The room is very clean, but the cleaners were disturbing especially in the morning and i love morning sleep. If they can handle the noise during cleanings it will be the best place to stay in Vicenza.Thank you.

Breakfast was absolutelyunsatisfactory : orange "juice" was simply Fanta (orange drinkwith gas) ; the package of Cornflakes I took for breakfast was expired!!In general, the organization of breakfast and the place itself where itis served is not absolutely compliant with a 4 stars hotel. Airconditioner was extremely noisy.

Review 24：The breakfast staff were very, very grumpy - slamming dishes down on tables and grunting at people when they asked a question. I wouldn't usually mention this but it was really obvious that the local staff were not very happy and we felt a little unwelcome around them.

Review 29：I had a very big room with nice view. The salon of the room is well furnished and bright. It was so comfortable to sit down there and chat with friends. The receptionists are very kind and professional.

Review 42：Wi-fi was sometimes spotty but adequate for the most part. We were told by staff (after check in, and only after walking back down to inquire) that there was a law about not using A/C after Oct 1. We could not verify this and I suspect it was not truthful and said to explain why the A/C didn't work....

The staff were friendly and helpful and allowed us to store our bags before checking in, they were very informative too. You can get a short bus ride to the station, or walk into the historic centre.
