Review 1：Great location, perfect for a short one night stop in Tokushima city. Has free parking behind the building which was super fantastic. The man who was at the counter didn't speak a lot of English but was super helpful and friendly
Review 2：only disadvantage is no washing machine. Coin laundry nearby but difficult when only have 2 changes of clothes and have to sit in a kimono and wait for washing to dry.

Review 10：the receptionist speak little English, which makes us hard to communicate. We saw an empty plastic bottle and garbage bag under the bed. We stayed at the hotel in June but the blanket is so thick and heavy. Very noisy during the night.
