Review 1：Room ok.Air-conditioner noise in the motor is not powerful and not enough to cool. Bathrooms are full of cockroaches and cockroach droppings unsatisfactory situation. No lift lights.

Review 2：The stuff was very nice but all of them had poor English so it was hard to communicate. The rooms and the hotel itself was quite dirty and old there was mold all over the bathroom and also on the wall around the air-condition. They only had few choices for breakfast but it was still okay. Even though the location is quite good (only a few minutes into the city center) it doesn't make up for the rest. All in one: okay for travelers who stay one night but still TO EXPENSIVE for what you get. Wouldn't stay there again.

Review 3：Metered Parking. We parked at late night and the next morning at 9.30 am we got the ticket. Need to pay RM10 for the penalty.

Review 8：Actually me n my hubby juz wanted 2 visit his family here in KB after many yrs we haven't seen each other due 2 our busyness.So after seeing the website of Habib Hotel Me decided 2 try n without hesitation I booked through Booking.com n after flying there n reach the destination Me n hubby was so glad tt this boutique hotel was so simple nice in decoration n very near to shop n eaterer centre.....so convenient 4 ederly people like us 2 juz walk n enjoying the surrounding.Infact..... instead of only 3 days 2 nite we extend another day n thanks Habib staff even it!s full hse they manage. without disappointing us.The staff are very reliable n hve good manners.We're thankful n looking 4ward 2 stay here again on our nx trip.Alhamdulillah..,.,,!!!!

Review 9：Dated room, spotty wifi and the cab booked through the hotel was over priced by at least 20rm.

Review 10：It was clean with a more modern feel compared to the other stays. It was in a nice central location. Not far from areas to eat, such as the night markets and malls. Also a short walk to the riverfront should the mood strike you.

By the time we returned, we were all sweaty and tired. It would be great if the Ground Floor is equipped with a bathroom for guests to freshen up before they leave.

The staff does not speak english very well, but they are all friendly and very positive and that makes a very nice atmosphere in this place

Review 80：No fridge! The room got extremely hot during the day and the aircon was working hard to cool it down. Aircon was positioned to blow right to the bed and it gets uncomfortably cold, but then if you turn it off the room gets immediately hot again. I guess it comes with the climate. The breakfast was ok, but does not cater much to western tourists, not to mention vegetarians. Only vegetarian option was toast, the rice had chicken pieces in it. Not a complaint, but a warning to non-locals.
