Review 1：power permissive is attached to the door key so I could not charge up my computer whilst I was out. Wifi signal strength was so low that it frequently dropped out

Review 3：- Located close to karaoke bar, you can hear the music until 3am. - Very noisy air-conditioning unit, I had to turn it off to be able to sleep - Water from bathroom tap had a metallic smell, it didn't seem clean - Bathroom is very small - There was no toilet paper in the bathroom when we initially checked in, we had to request it from reception. - WiFi kept on dropping connection every few minutes, it was unusable. - Towels had small holes in them and the edges were frayed (picture attached) - Bed sheets had holes in them (picture attached)

Review 5：Location was an issue for us. The karaoke bars located near the hotel's quite loud and had their karaoke machines ran til 5am in the morning. The street's also a little scary at night.

Review 6：The staff were really accomodating and friendly. They even gave us suggestions on where to eat and the place they gave us was awesome!

Review 7：We didn't expect the location to be adjacent to a karaoke and red light district. It was very uncomfortable for us to have to pass by the area going to the hotel, and at the room, you can hear loud music blasting from the neighbors come bedtime. Also, the room fixtures need to be checked. Some of the floor tiles are loose and it might cause an accident to your clients (senior citizens and children, especially).

Review 10：The staff were very accommodating. They were always ready to assist us in all our needs. We didn't have a hard time around the city because the staff gave directions to the sites that we wanted to visit.

Review 15：The toilet bowl is defective, the staff, even the security guard are notwelcoming. I ordered for a food (room service) but it took them almostan hour to delivery the food after two or three follow-ups. The wife isextremely poor and there are a lot of mosquitoes.

Maybe they can offer options such as serving breakfast or coffee earlier for travelers with early flight - with no extra charge. We haven't check this option so we really don't know if this is possible. =)

Review 21：Every year we do some family visiting in Bacolod and as usual we stayed at the Calle Neuva. We've never been dissapointed. Friendly staff, nice and clean room, simple but good breakfast. This hotel really give you value for money.

Review 46：The hotel had taken money from my credit card without permission. They wanted me to sign when I checked out. I tolk them that Booking.com probably did not mean that you should use the credit card Number in that way. When we arrived the breakfast many of the dishes was almost empty.

She made the stay such a pleasant one. She assisted me when the Shuttle had departed and had it return for service to the airport which went above and beyond expectations. The atmosphere was very relaxed and pleasant which made the stay enjoyable. I really liked the accomodations and service. Highly recommendable and i shall return.

Review 64：I would have liked it better if The Suites is in the main road and the area is not full of cariderias as it makes the hotel look cheap and kind of unsafe. Location-wise it is good at it is near San Sebastian Cathedral and will be easy to find. I hoped the shower area is a little wider.

Review 65：I really enjoyed my stay at The Suites. It felt like home. I liked the bed and everything in my room. The pillows are soft and comfy and the sheets are nice and clean. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. I liked that everytime I am back from exploring the city, my room is clean and my bottled water and toiletries are replenished. It feels like seeing it for the first time after checking-in. I also liked that there's free breakfast (buffet) during my entire stay which did not only save me money, but also saved me time as I didn't have to go elsewhere to eat. It is also great that there's free wi-fi and cable TV. I can't wait to be back in Bacolod and stay here again! It is just awesome!

Review 66：The hotel is in good location. Staff provides excellent services. Only the problem is the room was at the end of the corridor where we got no or very weak wifi signal otherwise is very good and i would like to recommend other travellers as it is value for money.

Review 114：The location is near to almost all the popular areas in Bacolod City like the Manokan Country and the Lacson Ave where most of the restaurants are located. Also it is only a jeep ride from the North Terminal. The room was clean and the beddings were all comfy!

My room was secondfloor street view, no traffic but the hotel are a few meters away from"mega club" and a kareoke bar, from late afternoon till earlymorning extremely high music. Sleeping close to impossible. I asked tochange room, asked about if other rooms was more quiet, no answer, noaknowledgement of the problem.WIFI was "free" and reliable, but very very slow. So slow it was almost not working, even when the hotel seemed empty of other guests. Still, the staff in the reception seemed to enjoy high bandwith music-videos et.c. on the hotels computers.
