Review 1：Hotel situates far away from town centre. Had to get on taxi for dining out after checking in. No air ventilation at all in room and floor corridor. Staff said nothing could be done because it was centrally controlled. Had to keep window opened the whole night despite the December cold weather. Room and wash room smelled badly. Changed room but problem still existed.
Review 2：It's part of the 'Route Inn' chain and it would be really helpful if their guide book could have the city names at each property written in English.
Review 3：Central location, very comfortable bed, decent amount of room in the room. Helpful staff on the front desk to advise of places to eat outside of the hotel itself.
Review 4：Booking this hotel on Booking.com in English implies that they are set up to handle English speaking guests; this is not so. Reception struggled very much with English, but in the Japanese way tried incredibly hard. There was no English menu in the restaurant and the restaurant staff were unable to help with English. The restaurant was poor value for money. The room was tiny with barely enough space to walk around the bed.

Review 10：Nothing much except for the walk back from the station - a bit dark and it takes about 7-8 minutes walk, but should be fine since Japan's a pretty safe country.
Review 11：The room is clean and convenient. Everything I needed was there and I felt comfortable. Liked it that I could check in earlier than the time stated in the booking. Staff speak a bit English too so it helped. All in all, it lived up to the money paid.
