Review 1：The location was easily compensated for by a cheep taxi ride.

Review 2：A great find from 7000 miles away. It looked exactly like the picture In the advertising. The only thing that surprised us, it was better in real life.

Review 3：I had to wait some 30 minutes for my breakfast to get done. I was running low on toilet paper and it did not get replaced so during the stay I ran out of it, which was unfortunate.

Plus we were very happy to find that the staff was able to arrange private drivers to take us down to Melnik for wine tasting, up to Rila monestary, as well as hiking the Rila 7 lakes. On the last day we were there, my friend left her mobile in a taxi by accident, and the staff tracked the phone down and it was returned to her. I don't think you can ask for more, I highly suggest this hotel!!!
