Review 1：Air condition not cold, even after complain and technician had come but still cannot fixed. No effort to change with other room. Even the TV remote is missing from the room. Difficult to get parking since it is base on first come first serve basis. The room size is quite small and not quite suitable and comfortable if you stay with kids.

Review 2：The location of the hotel is quite good, mostly nearby. The room service food set is cheap and taste good. Overall it is value for money.

Review 7：The location was next to the river, parking available free outside. A walkway alongside the River was pleasant in the evening with food and tables set up. The room was comfortable and staff very good and a nice breakfast included.

Review 12：one of the twin bed in my room without window was directly underneath the aircon, which was pathetically leaking condensate onto the mattress. Shower head was leaking too, even after tightening. Got a non-smoking room that smelled of smoke initially, then requested for another room, which was the one with leaky problems.

Review 13：The price was definitely a drawing attraction, but given the condition of the room (room without window), the same price could be better spent elsewhere. There are parking spaces near hotel entrance, but easily got filled up during night time. Staff allowed for early check in given room availability, which was very thoughtful.

Review 15：Location is good, very close to main attractions like the Central Market, palace and museum. Plenty of food stalls nearby. Although a budget hotel, basic facilities are adequate, with coffee making, fridge provided. Also ample ironing areas on each floor.

Review 16：The room was similar a dirty hospital room. The river view was not the nice idea you'd think and was so bright we had to close the blinds in order to see. The location is a fair walk away from major shopping sights.

Review 73：The hotel is in a really good location, 15 minutes by taxi from the airport. Our room did not have the river view, but it was quite and clean with kettle. Hot shower. The staff was really helpful. Breakfast was included.

I wasrealy upset because at first they had made promises.I would suggest that with the pay of RM127 per night, the hotel should provide hair dryer for the convenience to the guess. It is not a cheap/budget hotel.

Review 105：The location is nearby the attractions at Kota Bharu E.g Kg, Kraftanganand Pasar Siti Khadijah. Also, a lot of food stalls around the hotel.

Review 106：Staff were friendly and accomodating. When I requested for a room change they did it without any fuss. The hotel van was also made available to us at all times and the rates charged were very reasonable.

Use useful landmarks like "Next to Royal Jetty" "Next to Prima Mall" "Close to Merdeka Square" and other famous and common icons. Provide trolleys to transport luggage to and from rooms.Make available road map of Kota Baru town for guests.
