Review 1：Security is very thight, hv to get access card from receptionist before entering the building. Took some time for the receptionist to come down

Review 7：Our room was on the topmost floor and exposed to the sun from midday until dawn. The aircond unit however was disappointing. It didn't provide cool air at all at the time when you needed it most. That's my biggest disappointment throughout the 3d2n stay here.

Have to update with their online agents. The cafeteria us is not attached with the hotel. The time for b.fast only start at 8 am.

Review 51：Some 2-bedded room is too small. Basic facilities in room -just a kettle with 2 pairs of cups. Should have a bar fridge in the room. Room not cleaned daily.Even when the housekeeper sent the towels (on request), the full waste paper basket was not emptied. The iron is placed in the hall on the first level only.Probably could be placed at every level. Bedsheets are over used. Need new ones. Electricity connections need to be checked/repaired. My breakfast coupons was left in the first room. When I requested for new ones it seems it could not be replaced.It was given to me only a day before I checked out. We have to pay for the parking. Should not assign incompetent staff at the reception counter - she could not give proper responses. I later found out she was hard of hearing. Emails must be responded. I emailed a few days before going but got no response until I checked in. I had to ask my nephew to check out the hotel before I went. The telephone number (mobile) given to Booking.com was not answered. Please ensure the hotel gives the correct contact number (to Booking.com).

Review 57：Booked for 2 rooms..requested for late check out not accorded even for 1 of the room. Reception lack in service not friendly! Very bad service! Will never come back or even recommend to friend.

Review 58：No sign at all that it is Leo Mutiara Hotel even at the entrance or lobby. Guest need to ask around and only a few aware of its existance. Tel no. on the web site could not get through and only got the correct phone number from the security guard next to the entrance to get the receptionist to take us to the hotel because the entrance door was locked at ground floor. Conclusion, guest need to guess and sweat by carrying luggage to ask around in order to get to the hotel. At the end of stay, I still could not find any marking anywhere to show that it was Leo Mutiara Hotel.
