Review 1：The music from next door club kept me up till 3 am (on weekends it goes on till 4 am). Then people leaving the club were noisy outside for another hour. At 6 am they start building the market. These rooms should not be rented out!!!! Stay away
Review 2：The main problem was the night club next door. We had noise both entire nights as people make queue to enter or get out and speak loud at the entrance of the night club. Terrible. Also I was disappointed with the poor quality of the mattress and the bed sheet of the small bed had holes and were not iron. It does't feel so nice.
Review 3：The hotel and the room is quite narrow, which is not to convenient if you travel with big suitcases and if you are a bit older/less flexibel, but for us this wasn't a problem.

Review 6：Quaint building, shabby chic style, homely with bakery and coffee shop below. Loft bed accessed by ladder was interesting and actually fine, with comfortable bed. We slept really well. Breakfast was lovely too. Location was excellent in old town, surrounded by character buildings, eating and drinking venues. Imagine the squares with outdoor tables would be great in the summer.
Review 7：At the time of reservation, I thought the studio would be in the city centre as part of the (main) hotel, however it turned out that the studio was on a separate location with no check-in possibilities. The stairs to the studio were really steep. The bedroom and the bathroom were rather small.
Review 8：Privacy was quite ok, the living room-kitchen was really spacy.
Review 9：The only negative I can say that could easily be turned into a positive is that although the studio comes with a kitchenette there really aren't any accessories to cook with. Plenty of glasses, mugs, plates and cutlery but not much to use the cooker and no sharp knives or other items if you are planning on making dinner "at home". I hope this is useful and not taken as a bad review because everything else has been fantastic and great communication from the owners so will also be letting them know this directly.
Review 10：The studio is well located, really nicely set out and the person I dealt with was incredibly helpful regarding our needs for our stay. I extended my visit by an additional week and will be returning often.
Review 11：In the old centre of Amersfoort, on the side of an old church. You 'll find the bed upstairs in the tiny room reached by a ladder; The sheets are crispy clean with dots of roses and a lovely eider down.

The kitchen is handy and you have everything you need to make a meal or some tea. The location is really pleasant, everything is in walking distance. I think this B&B is especially suited for couples, it's just so romantic!

DO NOT STAY HERE if you expect sleep on the weekend. There is a club across the alley and is open 10-2 Thursday and Sunday and 10-5 Friday and Saturday. You will not sleep unless club noise is how you fall asleep. The owner will not apologize or compensate for the noise. They claim ear plugs are given. Well none was given nor did anyone bother to mention the noise. The bed is simply a mattress on a tiny loft floor. The noise is even worse in the loft. You can sleep on the couch if a spring wasn't poking through the cushion. It barely fits two. I found nothing regal nor enjoyable about the stay. Don't waste your money here. Find better accommodations elsewhere.
