Review 1：What stroke me most was poor service and poor communication with the staff: they forgot what type of a room I booked and almost put us in a cheaper one. Both the reception administrator and the waiter were unacceptably rude. The waiter was arrogant to me when I asked some vegetarian breakfast. There wasn't Wi-Fi in the room. There's no elevator in the building. Rooms have neither fridges, nor kettles. Очень грубое обращение персонала: забыли, какую я заказала комнату,и хотели поселить нас в дешевую. Не читали мои комментарии к брони. Ужасный завтрак и грубый официант - высокомерные замечания по поводу моей просьбы заменить мясо на вегетарианский завтрак. Грубые заносчивые администраторы. Нет Интернета, лифта, холодильника и чайника в комнатах.

Review 2：The location of the hotel was good, quite central. Хорошее местоположение.

Review 3：Night table or lamps nearby bed would be convinient. Also walls are pretty thin, so one can hear everything what happening in the next room. But as a city hotel - it is fine.

Review 4：Staff was really nice and helpfull. Liked breakfast and proximity to train station. Convinient walk to city center. A lot of shops nearby. Nice tea\coffe opportunity (a cooler in the corridor provides an opportunity for cold\hot water. very conviniet). Free logging with eairly arrival. Thanks to all who work there and especially a lady at the reception, who was very nice, kind and friendly.
