Review 2：Car parking facilities good but access to the vertical garage is across a busy sidewalk and at peak traffic periods getting back onto the road can be stressful. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Some English is spoken just sufficient to cover most eventualities. Rooms are a little small so movements of two people have to be orchestrated. Heavy luggage can be stored under the beds. Even though small, the rooms are comfortable and offer most facilities a traveller requires. Wifi is good. Breakfast choice is a little restricted. The hotel is conveniently located in the city centre.

Review 13：I rented a computer, and I was disappointed because it did not workwell, and I wasn't able to do what I wanted to. I also went on thefree one downstairs, and it took so long and would all of a sudden jumpto a new place.
