Review 1：Room fixtures were poor (the door did not fit properly), the bathroom is poorly lit, the TV did not work and the balcony was not accessible. Poor breakfast choice.

Review 3：1) The hotel do not accept credit card. They just tell you that the machine do not work and you have to pay cach.2) The hotel do not have a swimmingpool shown at pictures and described. The pool is at a nearby hotel with the same owner. 3) The nice beach in front of the hotel is public and the is a lot of 4-wheel driving at the beach. 4) The hotel do not have a bar and the restaurant do not have licens to serve beers.

Review 5：Very nice and helpful staff. I was accommodated in a room overlooking the beach, beautiful view, the sound of waves .... Tasty breakfast. I sincerely recommend this hotel.

Review 8：Through booking.com I requested a sea view room but it was not provided. Another room fell vacant but I was not allowed to shift there too. I was told that it is a Westerner who created a scene and so she was being given preference. Felt a bit racially discriminated by my own country person ! The internet and the intercom in my room did not work too.

Review 9：Location is the strongest point followed by cleanliness and comfort. Buffet Breakfast was more than adequate. They even helped hire a car and driver.

Review 10：spotted a fish moth (silverfish) on the bed the first night. despite booking way in advance and paying a full price, I was not given priority to a sea-facing room on the first night. I was constantly told to wait and was then told there are no sea-facing rooms on that night. However, I was moved the next day. The swimming pool is not on the premises which is a bit deceptive. There are 3 resorts next to each other (all under the same name but substantially different in overall aesthetics) and to access the pool, you will need to go to the next hotel. No Wi-fi connection in the corner room that i was initially. Waited an hour and a half for my dinner at the (average) restaurant on the first night i arrived (and this makes a huge difference if you're terribly hungry) no tours or 'things to do' guide provided. n

Review 11：friendly, accommodating staff sea-facing room was clean and nice interconnecting rooms don't block out sound. breakfast above average I slept well due with the sound of crashing waves outside the room. It was a nice relaxing break.

Review 17：The staff is simply beautiful and helpful. Always on their toes and ready to go the extra mile to help customer's, specially Mr. Ganesh and Miss Elly. My son fell ill and Mr. Ganesh helped me finding a doctor and Miss Elly took extra care for my son. Very nice and humble people.

Review 20：The bathrooms are not spacious particularly the bath shower area. Too narrow to take bath safely. Provides no cream and conditioner with free body wash and shampoo. The towels continue to be the sore point as they look old and old. Pool is in next property and I found their staff resting there. Not a comfortable feeling swim pool for women. Staff always seem to be short of hands though they are courteous. Lacks facilities such as spas and credit card debit is upfront and not like other hotels where u can reserve payment.

Review 21：Very new facility and exciting view to sea. Very accommodating staff and worth stay area. Just next to Crowne plaza also makes it reachable. Food was great even though we were looking for Indian veg. There breakfast spread is satisfactory.

Review 24：Lack of information given by Staff about the place or things to do/visit in Dhofar. It may have been a language barrier (low English). Wifi had no signal, but the helpful staff came and plugged in a portable device in the room. This fixed that problem, but the download speed was slow. There was an issue with the power to the lighting as the key-card operation kept failing.

Review 25：Friendly, smiling staff. Great breakfast. Nice big room with firm (some would call it hard!) bed but very comfortable. Clear view of beach, however the door to balcony was locked - can only assume this is an OH&S rule.

Review 32：The neighbourhood was a bit slumlike but I never felt unsafe. The room had no central A/C, only a split unit, which chilled perfectly but was a bit noisy, esp. at night. The shower cubicle leaked under the door, and although the showerhead looked impressive, the water pressure was very weak. This also affected the toilet, which didn't flush properly. There were lots of mosquitoes and not all of them responded to the plug-in repellent - bring one that you can put on your skin. The breakfast was hearty but the same every day - the only thing that changed was the selection of pastries and juices (powdered). They could at least have varied the jam flavours. The staff were polite and helpful but not always around. The in-room safe didn't work, although that could probably have been fixed if we had really needed it. The quality of beverages (esp. coffee) depended a lot on who was on duty.

Review 33：The location was absolutely perfect - right on the beach but not too far from the town. The beach was wonderful and almost deserted. I got a partial seaview room with a balcony although I didn't pay the surcharge. The view was truly beautiful. The hotel was a great base to explore the region. The hotel restaurant had an impressive menu with a really good variety of food. The hotel was very peaceful. The room was big and the furnishings really nice. There was plenty of storage room.

Review 34：Our friends order menu with rice , but the rice was already old and stinky after eating she got stomach pain. The lady working in restaurant always looking on us when we stay a little bit longer on our breakfast and start bringing all the foods inside without asking of we still need from this ( no choice ) buffet. Manager doing nothing, only the receptionist are responsible for everything. Only Mr Antonio ( night receptionist )always asking if we need help.Hotel is big and clean but lack of facilities.

Review 35：Everything! We arrived very late and no one was answering the phone at the reception to give us directions! Then they checked me into a room which was already occupied!!! So i walked in to a man in the bed at 1:30 am!!!! Then they gave me another room which was filthy dirty... Dead worms on the bathroom floor, no towels, no kleenex, no water and sheets were just thrown on the bed and not tucked in.. Next day i had to move to a supposedly cleaner room.. The room was clean on the surface but full of hair and dust under the beds and cupboards... Dead mosquitos on the walls with blood dried around them, bed bugs, and no window screen so the room was full of mosquitoes which made sleeping at night impossible

Review 37：1. The bathroom was full of cockroaches. Absolutely disgusting 2. The mattress was covered with the plastic it is sold with!!!! And then the sheets over it. 3. There was no towels in the room when we arrived, I asked to bring and got dirty towels. Next day they were replaced for so old and used ones...

Review 39：The access to the hotel needs to be upgraded, the beach is used as a carpark. It is public beach so do not expect any equipment, though it is very quiet. Hotel quite dirty and old. Bed rock hard but some do not prefere soft beds. Distance to the town centre - expensive taxis

Review 41：Excellent beach view. If you have a car the best option to stay in Salalah. New, clean, friendly staff. WIFI not tested - buy a local SIM-card, it´s "free"...with cheap mobile broadband prices and use maps. You will allways find your way, we never used a printed map on our 3900 km trip.

Review 46：The bed was terrible, the mattress was like a brick. The room was made up for a single person when booked for 2 people. There were no batteries in the in-room safe - so it did not work. After requesting for it to get fixed, they were unwilling and it did not get done. The ad stated a pool at the premises, it was actually the hotel/villas next door that had to be used. The breakfast was minimal and not refreshed when empty.

Review 48：the pool is not in the hotel (!) but i another guesthouse 200mt away, where the changing room (which is the toilet) is dirty and the employees will star a lot when you swim...+ you cant really swim on the beach in front of the hotel, as it's public and a lot of people pass....so, this hotel is only ok if you use it as a sleeping place...the beach can be quiet noisy with locals partying late...(which you hear to the room)...towels were not too clean (room was clean)

It's very good option for romantic get away and having nice cup of tea or morning coffee on the balcony ... it's only disadvantage that I found the bed is too hard and solid to sleep on and in the morning curtains will not block light ... But defiantly I'll come visit again with wife she'll love it

Review 64：Location is just perfect, right on the beach, not far from Salalah. Go for the seaside view, its worth the extra €'s, backside view is no good. Very basic hotel but sometimes that's all you want. Palm fields and endless fruits shops along the main road nearby, but you need a car. Staff very friendly.

Review 65：The mattresses are super hard however when we requested a mattress cover, the hotel staff were happy to sort it out for us. The wifi in the rooms was very weak - but again, the staff managed to send IT over and sorted us out. The towels are old and worn out - but clean.

Review 66：The location of this hotel is ideal. It is centralized and right at the beach. No other hotel will provide you the feeling that you are in the water as this one. Invest a little more in a beach view balcony room - totally worth it. The staff are extremely accommodating and friendly - especially Mr. Louis and Mr. Amir, they would go out of their way to help attend to your requests. This is a basic hotel with good value for money - if you are not looking for a posh resort like experience and just want to go out and about in Salalah - this hotel is perfect. Highly recommend.
