Review 1：One room was very hot and couldn't cool it down. Other was very comfortable. Some food at the breakfast station was cold - kept turning off the sterno!

Review 2：Clean and new rooms. Quite a nice onsen bath that was clean and high end for this type of hotel.

Review 3：Fantastic hotel, very new and beautifully appointed. Staff spoke excellent English and were extremely helpful. Spacious room and bathroom. Has parking just behind the hotel. Breakfast was a buffet with a good variety of Japanese and western foods.

Review 5：Hotel was conveniently placed, right beside Tokushima Rail Station, bus station and city centre. Hotel staff were very helpful and upgraded us to a larger room when the in-room wifi didn't work. Rooms are extremely spacious by Japanese standards, and in-room wifi strength was excellent. The hotel has an onsen on the top floor with a small outdoor jacuzzi and a large indoor pool - lovely to relax in after unseasonably chilly spring weather.

Review 6：By Japanese Standards the rooms are spacious. Train station, bus station, and many good resturants are all within a five-minute walk. The staff is helpful and speak enough English to get business done.
