Review 1：We didn't realize until we arrived that the hotel is in an industrial area. The hotel appeared to cater mainly for business men. No wine on offer in the bar and very differcult to obtain ice for a gin and tonic

Review 15：The price for the size of the room was fantastic - one of the cheaper places we stayed in Italy. The reservation was on short notice, the staff helped us with finding local sites. The bed was large and comfortable, the room was clean. The breakfast was also quite nice.

Review 46：The hotel hasn't been updated in years. It's overpriced. The beds and pillows are as hard as rocks. The TV wasn't working and internet was fair at best. I won't stay there again.

Review 50：This was the last hotel on our trip through North Italy and we needed agood night's sleep before we head on a long drive back home. Sincethe previous one at the same price was truly wonderful (QualityMichelino Bologna), we expected this stay to be at least decent,especially minding 4 stars. Then we arrived in the middle of the nightto a hotel right next to a topless bar, got our keys from not-that-friendly receptionist, alongside a piece of paper for wifi username andpassword. We got to our room to realise that we could hear conversationof people in the room next to ours as if they were in our room,alongside the fact that the poor wifi which disconnects every time youdon't use it for a couple of minutes and that one username andpassword is meant for only one device at a time (it isn't per room)so had to get another piece of paper. We couldn't open our windowdue to security reasons because it was possible to exit/enter everyroom on that wing of the hotel via big roof in the form of terrace. Upongoing to bed and struggling to ignore the conversations next door, wewere called on out phone 3 times by people speaking Italian andcouldn't do anything about that because all that we could get fromreception was the apology because "a big group of religious peoplecame to Vicenza and is staying at a hotel". Reading the reviews, Iwas at least expecting a good breakfast before we leave (as many statedto be the case), but was very disappointed to see that it was ratherpoor. There were a couple of nice people among the staff, but everythingelse was a disappointment. I would never recommend it.

Review 56：It is old hotel and needs to be renovated. Rooms are unpleasant, not very comfortable, breakfast was poor. Wi-fi was slow, it needed password every time to use and that's just annoying. AC was also old and noisy. I have no idea if it worked ok, just switched it off (we were lucky, wasn't very hot outside). Location only good for fair visitors, nothing to see near and no restaurant near. I'm never coming back.

We were going to Venicefor the weekend, but would not pay $300+ a night for a room in Venice.There are closer cities, but being military, chose to stay closer to anearby base. We used the local train to ride into Venice for day trips.The hotel offered free parking, free wi-fi, free breakfast, and a freeshuttle to a near-by restaurant for dinner. The third bed looked alittle uncomfortable, but my 10 year old didn't have any complaints. Allin all, a great value, and would stay there again! P.S.- also, mydaughter got strep throat while on vacation, and the staff located a 24hour doctor, and directed us to the nearest pharmacy- so thank you!
