Review 1：The tourist desk assistance for exploring places in salalah is very poor and guide is not well verse in English and not very historically knowledgable of the places they bring us. It's just like okay I bring to this places and finish know the history by your own.

Review 3：Well the rate should be at least reasonable and also the lines from thetiles and from the corners of the glass in the bathroom has yellowishand black molds which I can crape my nails on it and its coming out.This should be taking care of on daily basis and not to be ignoredotherwise it will damage the tiles and the glass then it will cost thehotel for replacement... Some bathroom amenities are not available whichis I believe as a traveler is a standard to be available for any hotelwhether it is 3 star to 5 star.

Review 6：The hotel is situated in a great position, in the center of the city. Facilities were very good, access to shops is easy and great option for exploring the city and the surroundings.

Review 7：staff don't arrange for tours, staff have no info about attractions and tourist interests, mall has no big brands, u need to call more than 3 times to get anything in the room, nothing available in room like tea cattle microwave not even spoons until u ask, no body to carry our bags when we arrived, travel office once u enter but its always empty we stayed for 10days n no one ever was there to help, not good breakfast buffet

Review 13：As I mentioned the location and the staffs are excellent but there are small things that have to be considered for example there are no shoes to work around the room , no cleaning paper and the kitchen is not equipped .

Review 21：It was good in all terms. We relaxed and enjoyed the time. It was also good as mall and all facilities so close. Location wise it is perfect for visitors.

Review 22：The suite we had was clean overall, but there was a mouldy smell when you first entered, likely due to the humid climate and the need for a/c. Hotel may wish to explore ventilation solutions.

Review 24：If you're by any chance planning to stay at Salalah Gardens Residences for more than three days, I highly urge you to keep in mind the following: Internet WiFi? It's a myth! It simply doesn't exist. The download speed of their internet is less than 1 mgps (FYI). If you're a business traveler and want to get your job done, this place is not for you...Unless you don't mind visiting nearby cafes. Their kitchenette has NO utensils! I repeat! No. Utensils. No glasses, no tableware no nothing! (except for a single coffee mug). So if you're planning to eat your meals in your room, make sure to carry all your utensils (spoons, forks, knives, pans, etc, etc.) If you're booking a suite, then keep in mind that there is only one bathroom. When I went to the lobby the next day to speak to the front desk about the internet and the telephones (they weren't working), they acted to be deeply concerned and pretended to contact someone to 'fix' the issue. They told me to have a seat and never called me back or contacted me. They're just full of talk and didn't get anything fixed till we left back to Dubai.

Taking advantage of high demand and limited number of reasonable hotels is not a good strategy on the long run. I will stoop visiting Salalah until something is done to fix the supply side or cap room charges.

The kitchen facilities were very modern especially, the refrigerator and microwave over but there were very limited plates or dishes and nothing to warm or prepare food if you wanted a break from restaurant meals. We ordered a cheesecake and it was obviously not fresh - it tasted like it had been in the refridgerator for a few days. Also we ordered a milkshake and it turned out to be an instant chocolate milk.

Review 58：The Wi-Fi at the room is not as good as in the hotel public areas. The hotel is huge, therefore prepare yourself to walk for a while to get to your room. Since the hotel is attached to a shopping mall, it takes some time to find parking, specially in the evening during weekends.

Review 60：Odd smell in our room, we called housekeeping and they sprayed it, but eventually the bad smell is still there. At the bottom of the bed there are some tissues and dusty!kitchenette doesn't have anything use for cooking! Not even one. We booked for 2 bedroom suit (for 4 pax) but they provided 1 shampoo, 1 soap, 1 conditoner, which obviously won't be enough for a 2 bedroom or 4 pax suit.

Review 66：We come from the UAE and as such 4 and 5 star hotels are of a very high standard, which spoils us for hotels in Oman. Lots of little things added up to make the hotel fall short of what we are used to. we were in a 2 bed suite and there was only one bathroom, and we had to request bathrobes (first time they sent one, and there were 3 of us) no hairdryer in room, had to be requested. nice kitchen units but no kettle and no pans or dishes to cook on the hob or in the microwave very noisy a/c in the room constant drone of the a/c cooling units for the whole complex which were located above our room long walk to the swimming pool, actually long walk anywhere. But the worst thing was there was no dedicated parking or a parking valet service. You can't even park at the front door even for a minute! We had two cars, were just off the desert, tired and dirty, and we had to park our cars a good distance away, then wait til spaces appeared nearer the hotel so we could offload them.

Review 71：The Salalah Garden Resicence is a great Place to stay. Located around Salalah Garden Mall direct access to the Mall.Carrefour is inside the mall. Breakfast was good. Good variaty of food, sweets, fruits. A great plus Egg dishes are freshly made by a chef. I enjoyed my stay there and i will come back.The garden area is very nice with restaurants and coffeeshop many places to seat and relax.

Review 76：The health facilities. The pool was away from the health club. To visit the pool or health club you had to walk quite a bit. No clear directions were placed as to how to reach the place. Full time attendance should be present.
