Review 1：For a 4 start hotel the standard is low altogether. Rooms smell damp and neglected. Grand spaces full of plastic things that make it look cheap.

Review 9：The room is too small with the small size bed. The front desk staff is not helpful n giving different answers to the guest when ask the same question. The breakfast is lousy with nothing to eat although we paid for extra guest. No refill when the food is finish at 9am for breakfast. No newspaper deliver til request been make to the front desk.

Review 13：They have just renovated the hotel. The lobby n common areas were impressive until the lift reaches the room levels and it is all downhill from there. Work done was patchy at best and wall papers were not changed. Rooms still look old. There was mould in the bathroom n tile grout were dirty. Carpet were smelly n the hotel staff told me that the room I was in 407 wad an upgraded n renovated...so I dare not imagine what the unrenovated rooms looks like. A fair rate for the room would be RM100 but I would not stay there even for that price. Perdana hotel is still far better even at a higher price.
