Review 1：On arrival it was very hard to reach the hotel because of construction work in the surroundings of the hotel by car. Later on the staff explained how to deal with this.

Review 2：Nice and clean hotel, friendly staff, centrally situated in Salalah. Very quiet location. Very convenient was a supermarket next doors.

Review 5：Location is central, many restaurants at walking distance, they can arrange car hiring for you but also easy to do outside just 2 minutes away. We had nice view of the mosque, but that is room dependent. It serves the purpose, beds were comfortable, toilet seemed clean, no "unwanted visitors", bit pricey for what it offers, but this is because of us visiting during Kharaaf season. They don't clean the rooms, 3 nights they didn't enter the room, we did not mind, but good to know if you are expecting freshly made bed. Adjaceng restaurant is okay if you are very hungry, but I would rather choose other place nearby or the coconut stalls :)

Review 6：We have aproblem with AC at 2 am after long day They take one hour to change the room Where my baby girl was crying all the time due to heat in the room . And one person only came to help us with our items. The new room its in different floor where i came with my family and we want to be close to each room. The new room was with out soup or shower soup I search for it by my silfe that night ..

Review 13：It is a business hotel only 5 minutes walk from the bus station. In the middle of the newly rebuilt, and rebuilding, town centre. Everything is in walking distance - as long as you like walking.

Review 14：We spent three nights at this hotel. I called the reception and booked a room in 5th floor when I was in Dubai but when I arrived to check-in, they said it's fully booked and they gave us a room in the third floor. The rooms are full of molds and small cockroaches specially the shower. The following day they changed our room to the one in the 7th floor. Not too bad with cockroaches as the first one but still with molds. Thank God we took our own bed sheets and slippers

TV- mostly Indian channels, found one English speaking channel - plus the tv set tedious - and the cable unreliabe The front desk agents have 'zero' personality and look as though they hate being there - again it is a good value for the money, so i guess you cant have everything

Review 20：stingy with towels and toilet paper, annoyingly leaky shower stall, detached/broken toilet seat, hard beds (two singles pushed together does not a double bed make), no breakfast (and poor quality café on ground floor), humidity problem in hall corridors produces dank, moldy smell....

Review 28：There needs to be more food options; the Barbeque Nation food is terrible and expensive. There were two of us traveling and only one towel in the bathroom. Overall the front desk service was friendly, but could be better. The tall guy is very friendly and very helpful. There was a huge argument one day with an Omani guest, and the hotel clerk did not do a very good job of difusing the situation. Perhaps some training is required on how to deal with difficult customers.

Review 53：i had an average size, well furnished and quiet room. the bathroom was clean and nice enough but the craftswork around the shower area was not really done well, dont worry its good enough. you can order food from an outside take away restaurant (big menu at the reception) as there is no restaurant in the hotel. wifi is working well in the room. the staff is friendly and ready to answer all your questions about the surrounding area. the hotel is a 5 minute walk away from ontc busstation, when you walk from the busstand you see the back of the hotel which is having no hotel sign. it is located just next to km trading supermarket, on the other side of the road is the big sultan qaboos mosque.

Review 54：-We immediately found a small cockroach on our bed. We requested to have room changed; they did with no problems. -All went pretty well except that the wifi would not work on the 2nd & 3rd day of our stay; when it did, it worked extremely slow. Upon leaving the 3rd day, we spotted another small cockroach in the bedroom. -Hotel does not have a restaurant, only a coffee shop & some pastries. -On the last night we were telephoned by reception & asked to come downstairs. We asked why. They could not (or would) not clearly explain why so we refused to come down. Their English became incomprehensible. Very odd behavior by reception staff. Made us feel uncomfortable. Would not stay here again.

Review 58：Although the hotel is quite new, the finish of the works in the rooms and - especially - in the bathroom was very poor. The windows very not closing properly so that the wind (coming from the mountains) created a very strange and very loud sound, similar to vibrations. Additionally, the bed was hard as a stone and there wasn't hot water for the shower. Wouldn't stay there again.

Review 60：The bed was a bit uncomfortable - very firm mattress with the plastic still on it. The in-room safe is just weird. You have to ask reception for the combination which defeats the purpose! Our room wasn't particularly comfortable - the shower leaks badly onto the floor and it looks like they bashed a hole in the wall to install the shower taps. Water goes into the large gap between the shower floor and the sliding door and I have no doubt that there would be a mould issue under there.

Review 61：Good location, helpful staff and good access to wifi. Free parking available and a supermarket right next door. There's a coffee shop in the lobby too. Issues with our room were rectified straight away (those that could be fixed i.e. the flickering light and the panel missing from the ceiling in the bathroom.

Review 63：Although it is a new hotel, it is getting dusty because the housekeeping staff do not do a thorough job in cleaning a hotel. There is only a café there selling snacks. No room service.

Review 64：It is within walking distance to the ONTC bus station, so you can get on the bus to travel to Muscat. The hotel provides a very big bottle of mineral water. The staff there are helpful.

Review 65：Facilities such as outgoing calls, internet access, etc., could improve considerably, but these could be forgiven since the hotel is quite new and the internet wasn't such a big priority for me.

Review 66：Staff is extremely friendly and cooperative. The rooms/washroom were extremely clean. The hotel being in the middle of the city gave easy access to restaurants and sight-seeing destinations.

Review 67：Staff were slow to deal with any problems. We had to push them to provide toiletries in the bathroom, and get the hairdrier and AC working properly. Tea/coffe making facilities provided, but refused milk. No breakfast and no chambermaid to clean rooms for 40 OMR evening rate !
