Review 2：Nothing much only staff , management very bad the place could do with better management and update on the television are 50 years out date bathrooms no exhaust fan the smell from the two drains in the bathroom made the rooms smell like a toilet the mosquito are very bad and the bed you might as well sleep on the floor could not recommend this hotel , their are lot better hotels much cheaper then circle inn

Review 3：Rooms allocated if not really fully book shld be more pleasant. We were brought in room with solid wall view & was only moved when we complained. Surprised the hotel didnt have double beds.

Review 5：Due to location of Bacolod travellers have to come via Manila my flight wasn't until 0630 sat morning so I had to leave at 12 fri with no option for day let only full charge therefore had to stay in manila hotel or just stay in the airport for endless hours.

Review 7：The front desk at a time refuse to refund the PhP500 mandatory deposit to one of us because they could not find the record! Also, the hotel does not issue receipt for the payment made!

Review 8：Room Service: Hate the fact that you can't order food in the morningBecause they are serving their breakfast buffet downstairs. So I wentdown stairs only to taste a mediocre breakfast food it's about $6 soI didn't give a big deal about it.

Review 10：I'm not comfortable with the bed 'coz they just let us combine 2 single bed. I did not sleep well. The room don't have a view and it's old. Being an architect I should know what to check, and this is not one of the good rooms.

Review 12：The first stay our room was by the pool side and was quite at night. The2nd stay for 5 days, our room was near the lobby and was noisy all the time. Bedside surfaces never cleaned. Between tiles,grout, needed drastic brushing and cleaning in the bathroom, is black with mildew

Review 37：it is relatively new hotel, i think. If not, maybe it is newly renovated. The staff is excellently hospitable.

Review 39：The water pressure needs looking at. Free bottled water should be provided. Sometimes the lights in the bathroom in room 212 were flickering. Bathtubs must have a non-slip mat. No handle to grab on to when stepping out of the bath tub to the floor. It is easy to slip and fall. Hallway is hot..no ventilation.

Review 40：location and affordability. Hotel is centrally located. Room is spacious and facilities are reasonable for the classification of the hotel. Staff is friendly. Room service for food is good. Price is very affordable. I will recommend this place to friends.

Review 41：Staff not tained to handle customer relationship. Argued with customer over a Booking.com regulation. Booking.com never collect money from customer. We pay upon arrival at hotel. Circle Inn collected first and argued that it is Booking.com policy. I told them I had been dealing with Booking.com for many years and I never yet had to pay in advance. Nothing wrong with that, its just that I want to use a local currency credit card upon arrival. But they already swiped my Canadian card. I told them that is not right and they said it is Booking.com policy.

Review 44：The bed was pretty comfortable. The wi-fi in the room was useful. It was a pleasant surprise to find out that they had an airport shuttle which was useful because I had an early flight.
