Review 1：Heating system in their hotel is for me one big mistery. At least at my rom was working in reverse. Colder temperature set up start to work. Higher stops.

Review 7：Room was big, bathroom as well. It was extremly comfortable for people of larger size, like myself. Staff - trully 5*. Wi-Fi signal strong, passwords displayed everywhere.

Review 8：Pictures on the net make the rooms look higher quality than they are. You can see the effort and will of the owners, but a lack in follow through/ execution (assumably budget restrictions). But taking into account the price, still more than OK.

Review 9：Very friendly and helpfull staff. Beakfast buffet better than expected for what we experienced in Italy so far. You can ask for cappuccino or espresso at no extra cost. So you can enjoy Italian coffee and do not have the stuff from the machine. Location was also good, about nice 15 min walk from the entrance to the center. Overall good value for money.

Review 10：The room and bathroom were fairly large, clean and lots of mirrors! They also have a safe. The staff were very nice and courteous. I highly recommend this hotel. The walk to the center was not bad. There is a Japanese restaurant close to it BUT service in this restaurant is bad. Don't go here but definitely stay in this hotel.

Review 13：Hotel is situated short walk from the city cenre in quiet street (except of cases when there are sport matches in the near stadium). Staff of the hotel is fiendly and helpful. We appreciated broad offer for breakfast

Review 14：The room was big enough and the bathroom as well. It is specious and clean. It is very close to city center, it took us less then 10 minutes on foot to get there. Breakfast was really good, lots to offer.

Review 15：Really helpful staff and the facilities were excellent. The old town is a short walk away and the hotel's location is convenient for the railway station. We would have no hesitation in booking the hotel again should we visit Vicenza in the future.

Review 16：The staff.... One of them was so nice and friendly (I think his name was Mattia), but the others.... pffff, sorry but not this is how they should treat the guests. For example: evening in the bar, we would drink a whiskey, he put too much in the glass, he hide behind a wall and he put back the whiskey from the glass into the battle. And he did this in front of us. This was the most embracing and ridicolous thing what happend with me in a hotel in my life!!! Ohhh and the room was soooo noisy! Nearly impossible to sleep!

Review 22：Localization of the hotel was really good. It was approximately 10 min. of the walk to the center. We were nicely surprised with the quality of breakfast. It was much more from what we expected for this price :) Personel was really friendly and helpful.

Review 23：Check-in was handled in a courteous and efficient manner, with helpful spoken English. This is an older hotel that has recently been refurbished and updated to a modern standard. It's about a 15-minute walk to the centre of the Old Town which has many spectacular buildings, particularly those designed by architect Andrea Palladio (1508-1580), our main reason for visiting Vicenza. Free Wifi connected easily and had a fast link speed. Free on-site parking was a bonus. The included breakfast was more than adequate, and was supervised by a most cheerful and welcoming lady.

Review 26：Our room was very large, with three single beds (two pushed together for a double) and a fold out couch. We parents and two teenage kids were very comfortable. The room had a pleasant vibe. Hotel is a 10 minute walk from downtown.

Review 29：This hotel is the perfect location within walking distance of the town centre and Monte Berico. It is also right across the street from the stadium. The staff is wonderful and we had no trouble communicating as they all spoke English. The breakfast had a terrific assortment of pastries, fruit, meat, cheese, cereals and eggs. The cappichino's were delicious! The rooms were a bit basic, but all we did was sleep in there so really not a problem!

Review 30：We were put in the noisiest room in the whole hotel. We were located directly opposite the stadium where all the local yahoo's decided to hang out and make heaps of noise. we requested another room which we were given but it was still noisy.

Review 49：- Breakfast: coffee from machine, low quality coldcuts, canned fruit.. Usually in Italy, hotel breakfasts can be sparse, but at the very least, the coffee is usually excellent. In this hotel, quantity was NOT the issue, but quality was sadly lacking. - Room was cleaned despite the "Do not disturb" -sign on the door. Cleaners did a good job, but it was completely unnecessary (we were only there for two nights) and why have the signs there in the first place if putting them up makes no difference!

But the response from the staff was not even asking for a reason but mentioning that we still had to pay a penalty (the city tax), using these words. We wanted to do this immediately so we could leave early the next morning but also this was not possible since they prefer to do it the next day, sigh. I never asked for money back but a bit of sympathy would have been good.

Review 60：The room was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was recently renovated, very nice, modern, spacious and bright (it had a big window). We arrived after an 8-hour trip on a motorbike, travelling mostly in rain and generally bad weather, so after that, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel even more! There was also a parking place for our motorbike. The reception, lounge, bar and breakfast room very nicely and modernly furnished and decorated. Also, nice breakfast and kind and nice personel.
