Review 1：The room was spacious..the lighting is good..all basic necessities were inside the room..the bathroom is what i like the most..the water pressure is very good and really clean..the breakfast also was delicious..simple menu but satisfying..
Review 2：1. No complementary parking space. I needed to slot coins and was fined for a day due to expired time 2. Absence of wifi is very inconvenient.

Review 4：bathroom a bit dirty, looks old and small. noisy from the bathroom. is like can hear people shower in the early morning or late night. even can hear people talking phone loudly if they are near to windows.

Review 6：The air condition can't be adjusted and the room is no privacy and noisy that we can over heard the noise for outside and neibouring rooms. I booked for a queen bed but was given 2 single beds.

Review 8：We had much trouble with the information coming from the staff. Although the staff was nice, they misinformed us each and everytime we asked for something. Wrong taxiride times, wrong airport times, wrong taxi fares. It is best to check online for this information, rather than relying on the information provided by the staff.
Review 9：The staff was very nice. We stayed for two nights ind two different rooms. The first room was dirty, smelled of smoke and the water was dripping the entire night. The second room was much nicer, had a balcony and felt cleaner. I would recommend, to not take the cheapest option.

Review 18：A/C needs to be better. The bathrooms need to be upgraded. You can tell that this hotel was a good hotel in its heyday, but they have not upgraded the facilities and it is due for an upgrade.
Review 19：Staff was friendly and genuinely helpful. Location is very convenient near restaurants, bus station and airport. It is a good value hotel. The cheapest room is not great as there is no sunlight. Generally it was a pleasant stay. Upgraded room was sunny and enjoyable to stay. Housekeeping did a good job cleaning.
Review 20：1. The room i book have no actual window, it have a mosquito prevention net only, all the hot air come in from outside and room is not cold. Then i proceed to change a better room. 3. The room was dirty and old. A lot of stain that are not wash away on the bathroom. 4. The room is not sound prove, can hear a lot of noise from upstairs and cars from the road. 5. The breakfast was not nice at all. 6. The picture shows on the website is completely different with the actual room environment.

Review 22：the room quite ok, but the facilities are not well maintained, from our room we can smell the cigratte smell from next door neighbour. The bedsheet are dirty and so as the toilet curtain.

Review 24：The wifi signal is very very poor in my room. Toilet looks dirty, but not really dirty, maybe because it's old. Could be noisy since there's no soundproof. No where to walk to at night, if you're looking for supper, there's only one next to the hotel, which doesn't cook very well..

Review 33：Not worth the money I spent on the hotel Bill compared to other hotel I have stayed recently on my trip to K.Terengganu, Kota Bharu and Ipoh. Rm200 per night for a small room with one rattan like chair and a plastic chair.No cupboard but cloth hangers and they call it an Executive Double room.
Review 34：Just stay one more night on the Perhentian islands, you have nothing to do in this town. Travel directly to the airport You can hear all other guests in the hotel when they are in the bathroom

Review 107：The rooms are not as comfy as they look in the pictures. It is not well kept and doesn't have something basic like a refrigirator. The TV is big but lacked clear reception and choice of channels. Supposedly to have wifi but strength is bad mostly if any. Parking lot is dark and not secured. Bed is hard like a rock and generally the room is not clean as a hotel should be.

Review 109：most of the buzz has moved closer to the tesco area and the condo is quiet. the 4 bed room apartment one of the toilet cannot flush and is stuck. the apartment we got was facing tesco and somehow the sun make it really warm. the 3 bed room we got was much better.
Review 110：got the 3 and 4 bed room apartment which is located at pelangi mall condo. the room is big. the room is resonably clean and not as bad review as i have read on the hotel itself. the location is close to the center of town where the main market is. you also get a good view of the city from the room.

Banquet staff did not understand the word omelette. Staff shud be educated to speak n understand at least basic English

Review 121：We should be made aware (in the marketing materials) that this 4-bedroom apartment, although near the hotel, is separated from the hotel. As a 1st timer to Kota Bharu, we arrived late at night at 10pm and had to find our way to the apartment which is among three condominium blocks. Parking is in another block to the apartment and should be made 'free' for hotel residents.
