Review 1：The mattress of the bed was not comfortable but the staff was courteous and caring - they moved us to a renovated room with latex mattress.

Review 3：Our room was really small, and the receptionist told us we got an upgrade so I don't even want to see the size of the standard room! Internet was terrible, we were trying to book a tour on our next destination but it kept logging us out (they give you dockets with limited internet time). After a few attempts we gave up and asked to use the computer in the lobby, the mouse was really bad and it took us ages to make a simple booking. Food at the restaurant was a bit blend and overpriced, best have dinner somewhere else before coming back to the hotel in the eveining.

Review 4：It is a lovely setting with a swimming pool, very close to San Giagminiano (although you would still have to either drive or take the shuttle to the town). We stayed there for 4 nights and used as base to visit a few places around the area. Breakfast was very good and staff helpfull.

Review 6：The hotel is located just within a stone's throw (~5 Km) from San Gimigniano in the quaint village of San Donato, Tuscany, Italy. There are spacious rooms with a veranda looking into the gardens and the restaurant meals were terrific. There is lot's of parking space too, a precious commodity in Tuscany. I highly recommend it, as my wife and I plan to visit again next year.

Review 7：its written that the hotel has Air Condition but FYI - in all Toscany AC is off during October but it wasnt mentioned in any place. breakfast was with very limited options to ones that does not eat Ham... the computer there is very very old (win xp). the wifi disconnect every couple of minutes unless u use it in specific place and not move in the hotel... they should fix these problems because they minor issues that easy to fix....

Review 9：Lovely place. Economy room was nice but a bit small. The bathroom was almost exactly the same size as the bedroom. Very clean, very tidy. One of the nicest staff members we have experienced. Very professional. Other than that you HAVE to EAT in their restaurant. The menu is AMAZING!!!

The service to take visitors to and from the walled city is very limited, which often means calling a taxi to meet bus timetables or simply spend time in the town. Possibly those of us who like to train and bus around countries we visit, mixing with locals, are few and far between.

Review 42：be careful with the restaurant - the bill is added to your hotel bill without being preliminary provided to you for review, the bill is given to you at check out with separate amounts for meals and drinks which makes it difficult to oriented. In our case we realized we paid more for the food after we left.

Review 46：The only false for us was the very thin walls, the isolation is not the forte of this place. Unfortunately we couldn't ignore the creeking noises of the bed from the room above us. But yet again, maybe it was an unusual noises since the general ambience was peaceful and quiet.

After reveiwing many place in different web sites, we came out with this one and we were very happy and pleased with our choice. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, you could realy feel that they're doing their best to please thier guests. The room was nice, not too big, not too fancy, but quite what we expected. We had a room with a balcony, which is a real plus, since the garden view is a nice sight to start the day with. We had some very nice time just sitting in the balcony, enjoying the quiet atmosphere and having a drink in the evening. The breakfast was nice, quite standard but yet satisfying. We would deffinetly recomend it and hopefully will come again.

Review 61：A nice and quiet hotel, a short drive from San Gimigano and Volterra. Good variety at breakfast and very fine food in the restaurant. Lots of different possibilities to sit and relax, outside and inside. The staff was very friendly.

Review 62：1.The Wifi signal is not so strong and not stable. In the first night it is very slow but the second night was OK. 2. You cannot see San Gimignano from the hotel. If you prefer panoramic view of the town, this one may be not the best choice.

Review 63：It is located in a quiet place 10 minutes driving from San Gimignano. The pool and the park of the hotel is fantastic, you can simply spend a day there with the pool, table tennis and table football. The dinner and the outside dining area was also quite good.
