Review 1：Located beside highway- therefore a bit noisy. Room could be cleaner- bathroom had strong smell from Pipes and evidence of previous persons stay.

Review 2：Good value for the money. Near to a nice beach. Bad was comfty.

Review 3：Great value for money. Friendly welcome. Breakfast includes delicious fresh pastry bought by the owner from a bakery. You can prepare your own expresso with a traditional Italian coffeemaker any time. The location is OK for us, but can be a problem if you don't have a car.

Review 4：Domenico and his cousin Andrea were great hosts, they gave us lots of ideas for us to plan our trip while we were there and made us a lovely breakfast everyday. We were only supposed to stay 1 night and ended up staying 4! The rooms were nicely decorated and the garden area was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this b&b to our friends and family.

Review 5：We had a perfect time in Mongiove. Very nice place to relax. Close to the beach and to some grocery stores. The host was totally helpful with everything. We asked for something different to eat on breakfast and he agreed without any questions. I totally recommend this place!

Review 6：Non of 2 air condition systems in a rooms was working :(((. The owner ofthe place in the begining told us, that it is working. So we had a badand hot night (+36). No free wifi, no wifi at all (interesting, but inreview it was written about free wifi). Tv is not working, because skycard is missing.

Review 10：The house could be warmer at this time of year. At least there are hot air-blowers (conditioners) in bedrooms to compensate it.

Review 11：Peaceful and calm place for a family with children. There was practically everything we needed for having a rest and cooking a dinner. In summer - this could be an awsome place to stay near the sea for swimming.

Review 12：I spent five nights with my girlfriend. Had a great time, great location, room is fine, good wifi and very friendly host and his family. We hope to go back back to this area.

Review 13：May be for some people some minor disadvantages will be of importance. They weren't such for us. A highway is not so far and the noise can be heard. Mongiove is a small settlement and supermarkets, souvenirs and even fruit markets are in Patti (8 km away). One need either an own car or to ask for a car drived by Domenico as we successfully did.

Review 14：We are happy with our two-week leisure in October at Xenia. The hosts - Mrs Rozalia and her son Domenico - are champions of hospitality! Lovely views from the balcony, vast beach, deep comfortable sea. Apartments clean, cozy, vast and pleasantly equipped.

Review 20：The place is spotless, very tastefully decorated room, with all necessary facilities. excellent breakfast, home made pastry. a nice vast beach nearby, if you're with a car you can go to marina di Patti, a nice little town by the sea, with numerous bars and restaurants. the owner Domenico is very nice, kind person. ATTENTION: Google navigation shows it wrong on the map ( of course it's a failure of Google, not Xenia b&b). once you're in via Catania, go through the very end of it, and you will see the metallic gates of the condominium and the indication of Xenia.

Review 21：Domenico was great. I was a solo traveler without a car and he was very solicitous of my needs. He made a point of showing me several sights in Patti and along the coast which was very enjoyable. The breakfast was good and the room comfortable. A very good value.

Review 23：This was our best stay in Sicily - Domenico, his friends and family made it more special. Xenia is like little houses. Downstairs living area with 2 terraces, well equipped kitchen and toilet. Upstairs 2 bedrooms with comfortable double beds, balconies, and a bathroom with shower. Close to the place (by car 5 min) is a very good restaurant with very nice stuff. Breakfast in Xenia was also good, Domenico's mother gave us even home made cookies! We highly recommend stay in Xenia! Hope to see you in Warsaw!!!

Review 24：The hosts were friendly and helpful and spoke enough English to make communication easier. The apartment was in a secure and peaceful location, just a short stroll from the beach and with a very good restaurant nearby. We enjoyed a scenic view from the balcony of our room and in the mornings enjoyed a delicious fresh Italian breakfast.

Review 25：We had a beautiful house all to ourselves with a lovely back garden.The house had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay.The hosts came to meet us and guide us to the house.We found them both very friendly and helpful great personal service and spoke English which was a big help.
