Review 1：Mold in the shower and sink, masking tape covering a hole in the wall, transport from airport didn't show on time, food service mediocre, people screaming at 3:00 in the morning...I could go on

Review 3：Buffet ran out of decent food very early. infinity pool was not tended, ie. no towels or sunshades and no staff to assist .No visitor used this pool for the length of our stay, 4 nights. A few staff were very helpful but others appeared to have had no training in dealing/assisting with customers.

Review 13：- in the middle of nowhere. Without a car it is hard to get anywhere - lots of construction going on, disturbing - harbour abandoned... no shops open - bar closes to early and opens too late... too bad when you want to stay outside a bit longer than 11 pm

Review 16：The property is very nice and clean and with many good facilities. We stayed in two different rooms, 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom appartments. Both were very spacious and were having full kitchen with Utensils, Microwave, Electric Stove, Fridge, Freezer and Washing Machine.

Review 17：The noise from the neighbours. The rooms are really badly insonorised. And when people in the room next or up to yours move furniture, it's a nightmare. We slept from 2 to 5am only one night as the neighbours were partiyng... for this reason I want stay there again despite thz good rating.

There were no staff. No option other than expensive taxi to get to markets in Salalah. Felt a little too isolated.

Review 53：Once arrived there was no one to take my luggage. Only one persone was in the reception I asked here that i want to make check in and need some help to bring my luggage, she asked me to wait and set down till she complete other customer check out and for my luggage i wait them to help other customer, after a while they help me to check in and they care of my luggage. Once i moved in to the room i shocked, the room was uncleaned, the bed, chair and the wall were dirty, part of the window blined was fall down and most of the lights were not working. I think to change the hotel. Also when asked for some help to take care of my luggage for check out i waited for a while then i take my luggage to the reception.

Review 56：We loved our family room--the Marina Suite. The bathroom was enormous and beautifully built. This area was fantastic and a great location to head off to Wadi Darbat.

Review 57：There was a terrible smell in the bathroom and we came in one day to find it full of flies! There were flies in the room when we arrived too!. I expected the family room to be better prepared; we had to ask for bedding for the sofa beds. The towels were not all very clean..some were stained and there was a hole in the bedsheet. The safe didn't work and had to be replaced twice, but worked in the end.

Review 65：Stayed here with my family for three nights and it was quite a pleasent experience. The property was neat, clean and very comfortable. The staff was extremely courteous, specially Emilda and Sienna on the frontdesk who were extremely helpful and extraordinarily courteous. We had a very good wired internet connection in the room. We didn't try the WiFi signal but did hear from my sister-in-law that it worked fine in her room. The location was great and the breakfast was very nice. Other then visiting the mountains, which are amazing and surreal in the Khareef season, we also went for a dinner on a boat. It's a huge boat parked in the marina, very near to the hotel. At this time of the year, they are just pulling it in front of the hotel instead of going to the open sea and they ferry you to it in a small boat. Though it took a lot of time for the boat staff to bring the food but it was worth it. The steaks and seafood were amazing. It was also their second day - they've just started this. Overall, we had a pretty nice experience both at the resort and the locations we visited.

Review 66：I stayed 8 nights in a three bedroom apartment (1202). The last two nights were horrible as a neighbor upstairs kept moving chairs and tables all day and night and it was difficult to sleep as roof sound isolaton is very poor.

Review 87：I have booked family room for my family and when i reach there there was no family room booked for me. Secondly my suit bathroom slide door was broken, i reported more than three times to the reception and surious action was taken till i completed my holiday. The towels, tissu papers and the tooth paste are cheep quality. The hotel entrance it should have auto slide doors as the is no one to open the door when you arrive with luggage.

Review 121：Location is not good. It is 17 kms away from the city. If you want to have food outside, need to go miles to the city. Jacuzzi is not a proper one. It is just an externsion of the pool. Hotel menu has very few (2-3) items for vegetarians.

It is also recommended to rent a car, otherwise you are blocked at the hotel (it is a distance to Salalah or to other places of interest). Review 126：Really small boutique hotel, not busy and noisy like hotel Rotana at next doors. Nice staff, clean room, good choice for breakfast, romantic sandy private beach with palm trees, umbrellas and comfortable sun chairs is 5min walking distance, very convenient for swimming (beach has anti waves barrier, so water is calm), who wants to jump at the waves can go few meters away to open ocean long sandy beach (more crowded, but with life guard).
