Review 1：Nothing really, if I had to be picked I would have liked hot water in the sink in our room.
Review 2：The hotel staff are very welcoming and very helpful, it's literally next to the ski resort. The husband wife management is very good and has a homely touch.

Review 7：Small family run hotel (much cosier and bespoke service compared to the neighboring mass hotel that is Prince Naeba). Service is fantastic and they happily drive you around from the hotel to the ski resort and back (which is just a 10-15 minute walk anyways).

Review 9：I didn't like the hotel at all. It was too cold inside,especially in my room. The toilet and bathing room were outside my room. The furniture was old and ramshackle.

Not one of the big chain hotels. Wifi worked great, I skyped home with full video. Liked it, will come back if I have the chance.
