Review 1：Reception was 80 m away from unit! Had to ask another guest where to book in. Booked well ahead but got bottom floor unit. We thought we had a two bedroom unit but the second room and toilet was locked. Place was not very heavily booked according to car parks vacant. Because we booked through Booking.com?? When checking out at 7.00 am, noone was there to talk to about unexpected guest. Terrible value for the cost of $200 a night + $40 for guest for one night.

Review 3：Car park was awful, and the one we were given was taken when we came back after dinner. The unit was dingy and dark, unfortunately I can't see how you would fix this but lighter paint and furnishings would help.

Review 9：The apartment is very dark and needs the lights on all day. Unfortunately the lights are so dim it is hard to read the paper. Wifi was not available in the apartment - only in the bar and restaurant at Kacys down the road.

Review 12：A very spacious 2 bedroom unit (we only used one br) but would be fine for a family or 2 couples. Safe undercover parking and close to a small shopping area with food and coffee. Great location on the esplanade.
Review 13：We found the interior to be far to dark and the lighting not bright enough for visually impaired persons. There was also a light not functioning on one of the bedside tables we replaced. The cooking utensils need upgrading to more modern ones. Non frosted bathroom windows with material curtains by the SPA bath is crazy.

Review 15：I absolutely loved this place, was nice to wake up and have the sun shining into your window. And also to have a morning coffee on the balcony and watch the sunrise. The staff were awesome, extremely happy and helpful. Loved it! :)
Review 16：Very confusing as we were told we only had 1 car park available but there seemed to be 2 when we went to park. Also a redhead behind the counter was quite rude & laughed with a colleague at a question which wasn't that ridiculous.

Review 18：Being woken at 7.15am in the morning by a dog being walked (and barking) past the bedroom window on the property and the owner yelling out at it. But it did get me up and out for a walk. Also the unit was very dark.

Review 20：The owner occupied room above room 302 had a huge domestic at 3am. booking.com didn't pass on info that checkin is actually one block away at Kacy's hotel. This was a big fail... when you arrive tired and there is no way to get into the building (lucky I had an australian mobile phone to call the number on the book. and lucky i could access email on my phone in australia to check for the number)
Review 21：All kitchen tools included, dishwahser, laundry etc inside of apartment. Nice quite area compared to noosa but if you are interested in relaxing, rum, sugar cane, aviation history... this is a great spot. Just don't expect noosa. it's quieter than Hervey bay. Great for a family of 4. Superb deck, dining area, jacuzzi bath, etc.

Review 25：Very nice modern apartment with fab views overlooking the sea. We are three mature adults and this apartment was ideal for us, having two good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. Close to the small number of shops and restaurants which were very useful during our stay. The block doesn't have any staff working in it but they all work in Kacy's at the end of the street. You collect your keys from there and they were quite happy to let us in an hour early. Good little swimming pool at the back but only two loungers so get there first if you want them! Overall we would definitly book this apartment again.
Review 26：Air Con unit positioned on balcony making outside area essentially useless. The hot area from the noisy compressor unit blew directly onto the table setting.
Review 27：Living areas very comfortable. The pool and BBQ areas were a lot of fun too. Within minutes of a quiet stroll you find yourself at Baragara cafes, pubs, shops and the waters edge.
Review 28：The lift was out of order and the staff at checkin didn't know about it - the caretaker hadn't told them. Some of the lights didn't work and the property is in a generally tired condition. Checkout on Sunday morning wasn't highlighted to us which made us late for our sporting event on that day.
