Review 1：Swimming pool rules not clear on booking website. Booked it do my son could use the pool but children not allowed to use indoor pool at certain times. This rule should be clear on booking

Review 5：A very charming hotel in an absolutely quiet environment. The very friendly staff and a delicious breakfast that fulfills everyone's wishes made the service perfect. From the garden one has an unique view to San Gimignano. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel very much.

Review 7：The location is close to San Gimignano town, few kilometers with car. If you don't have a car that might be a little problem. Beautiful green fields around. We didn't use it but there is a beautiful swimming pool with a great scenery of San Gimignano. There is also a SPA in the hotel. The breakfast is rich and self serviced.

Review 12：This hotel needs a shuttle to center or some transfer points. If you don't have a vehicle, it is difficult to reach center. When we arrived San Gimiano, we called the hotel and they pick up us. But after check out they charged us for get us to city center.

Review 35：Nice and friendly personal. Nice and clean rooms. There has been an unpleasant moment between the personal during one of our dinners in the hotel-restaurant and the hotel director reacted very quick and very professional by immediately taking care of us. Also the crew was very kind to us. Respect! The hotel lies in a beautiful location. Take a room with a landscape view! Ask for it explicitly. It is wonderful. I was able to take incredible sunset pictures directly from our terrace. You need to visit San Gimignano (20 minutes walk) and prepare yourself by reading about the history of this place. You will enjoy the visit a lot more. Drive to Siena for shopping and dining. Also a very nice place. All in all a very pleasant and peaceful stay. We will remember this place with a smile and come back.

Review 36：Hotel address cannot found via GPS, the sign of hotel was under maintenance without any substitute directions. Wifi can only access in lobby not all over hotel.

Review 44：The air conditioning turns on and off intermittently. It was warm when we visited and so we had a very hot and stuffy night with interrupted sleep. We felt sorry for the waiter by the pool- it was busy and he was working alone, trying to make cocktails and drinks, deliver them to guests by he pool, take orders in the restaurant and some guests were frustrated with him as service obviously wasn't as fast as it could've been, but he was doing his best. This hotel is fine but doesn't compare favourably which other 4 star hotels we stayed in on our trip and is therefore rather expensive for what it is. The bed wasn't particularly comfortable and the bedding looked well used.

Bardzo smaczne i obfite śniadania. Gorąco wszystkim polecam. Great location (view of San Gimignano), very nice atmosphere in the hotel, helpful and always smiling staff, comfortable and suitable for room rates, very atracyjne amenities (pool, spa, sun terrace, private parking). Very tasty and hearty breakfasts. We highly recommend to everyone.

Review 114：The location is wonderful with a breathtaking view over San Gimignano. The quality of the service is excellent and the overall level of comfort is excellent, all is very clean. Great breakfast. An excellent value for money deal. Very good for a stay with alone your wife but also with your children. The shuttle to the city is particularly helpful at this location and every is here to help. Did not try the spa but looks great !

Review 120：The airconditioner failed 2 nights out of 5. The kitchen serves a mediocre buffet-style breakfast. One morning they ran out of food from the early hours because the chef was ill! The espresso machine had incessant malfunctions. We had lunch once and will discourage others from trying.

Weather enabled us to use the lovely pool on our first day. Everything very clean and well kept. Very luxurious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Didn't want to leave after 2 nights. Large and good selection for breakfast in the comfortable restaurant with good service (included in price).

Review 130：The indoor pool is a part of the Spa and cost 15 Euro and it did not state this anywhere on my confirmation or on the booking.com website. I explained my unhappiness with the situation but still ended up paying so my son could enjoy the indoor pool. Also, children are not allowed under the age of 15 according to the hotel information in the room; however, they allowed my son as long as he was not too noisy. Overall, the price is too expensive and you can stay in the city far cheaper...but if you are looking for a spa atmosphere, then this hotel would work for you.

Starting from the friendly and caring staff, beautiful rooms (take the one with the view, it's amaizing), the hotel structure as such, the dinners a´ la cucina toscana, the wellness center with the warm water swimming pool (and the massages), the view of San Gimignano from the restaurant and the outside swimming pool, the location is great. It was a fantastic X-Mas holiday, thank you!!!
