Review 1：No restaurant or convenience store
Review 2：We met nice people on this trip. Mr Jung and Mr Cha were both very sincere and helpful, driving us to where we wanted to go at our call. Mr Jung even recommended us a local ski shop where we can rent our ski at very economical price even the ski shop staffs were all very helpful.
Review 3：Great Chalet for Family vacation, 10 minutes drive from Phoenix park ski resort, fully equipped kitchen. Recommended for traveler with own transport (rental car). Well heated room. Friendly and Helpful staff.

Review 6：The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had shuttle in and out of the bus station Jangpyeong to the pension, and to the ski resorts etc.The nearest mart is 5mins car ride away, so if you are traveling without a car, inform the staff so that they could drop you at the minimart for groceries and meat for the BBQ (BBQ is available at a small cost, but only include fire and grill set).

Review 8：The place itself is on a quiet Hill. Peaceful surrounding. As well as the very helpful staff. Thank you Mr Cha Yong Su, he was really helpful throughout our 2 nights stay.
Review 9：Hot water instable; last day when we left, the car was drove away, we need to call taxi on our own cost back to bus terminal
Review 10：One of the Host is nice, pick up from bus terminal, order take away for us, took us to cheaper place for ticketing and hiring snowboard.
Review 11：There were three issues we had: 1. They did not put the heat on until we got there and it took all night to heat up. It was freezing! 2. The description said 2 bedrooms with a bed and futon in each room and can hold 6-10 people….there were 2 bedrooms with 2 beds and a small couch in the living room, that's it. We had to sleep on the floor. 3. It was very cold outside and the staff has a 3 month old puppy outside caged up and never once brought her inside. She barked all night and broke my heart. I should have asked to take the dog :(
