Review 16：Snow plough working every morning at 5am, the charge for the nightly lift to and from town and the rooms smelled of smoke. Lack of wifi in rooms. I could not book a twin on this site, however both my singles were twins (figure that).

Review 19：The hot bath is on the highest floor, with indoor and outdoor hot pools. On a cold day its relaxing to enjoy a hot bath outside in the cold weather. The staffs were friendly and helpful, always smiling. The hotel is about 5 minutes walking from the station, or you can cab the ride. They also have shuttles. Not many food place nearby, but once you're near the station you have options.
Review 20：I don't want to complain because overall my time there was excellent. But they didn't speak very good English there it was a little challenging to ask for directions to places, etc. Also, the room I was in had cigarette smoke baked into everything. Overall though, I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel had a friendly vibe and the Internet connection in the lobby area was excellent. They have a shuttle that picks you up from the train station and drops you off, which was awesome!
