Review 1：Sauna useage is an upcharge. Parking was 10 Euro/day in their private lot. Wifi would drop occasoinaly, especially if left idle, but fast enough when connected.

Review 2：Location to town center and breakfast. Pool is a bonus.

Review 3：10 euro's to park the car was OTT considering we were guests. Very strange shower, had to sit in the bath to take a shower (I don't believe that this is the norm as friends staying at the hotel had a standard shower)

Review 4：Great location, 2 min walk to town centre. Very clean. Huge range of choice for breakfast. Which, considering it was included in the price I felt was going the extra mile and came as a nice surprise.

Review 7：On several evenings, the sounds from a musical diversion for a travel group were clearly audible, to the point at one instance that we had to switch off the music we were playing on our laptop because of the clashing sound sources. These events ended at 23:00h, not a big problem for us, but for those who would like to go to bed early this would be a problem.

Review 8：The hotel's location is excellent as a departure point for walks and hikes, and while near to the centre of Valkenburg, relatively quiet. Our room was comfortable, with good beds and a writing desk; the view from the windows was unimpressive (a courtyard), but that did not bother us as we went out walking most of the day. Breakfast was fine.

Review 9：the girl at the reception was very nice. the room was very small and not that clean. it was also loud. the hotel doesn`t have a parking and you have to pay 10 euro a day for parking it was too expensive for a not very good stay... :-(

Review 10：Conveniently located with lots of parking right in front (fees applied). Minutes walk to restaurants and the Valkenburg Castle. The rooms we had, although old, were big and comfortable. We enjoyed an evening in its bar at a quiet bay window looking out to the tranquility of the town.

Review 11：Valkenburg is a lovely little place and you can't go wrong with this hotel. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, fast internet, nice breakfast selection, what else do you need?

Review 12：Reception understaffed? Long wait at the desk (f.ex. my key card stopped working and it took me 20min to intervene downstairs. The staff was friendly and helpful, not slow at all, but at peak time, like arrival and departure time a second person would be a great help.

Review 15：The swimming pool is found by going along a network of corridors before descending another narrow staircase. To be frank it is not worth the effort and when we used it the sauna was closed. The lack of aircon in our room was disappointing as it is not possible to leave the window open due to a lot of noise into the early morning.

Review 16：Well located. We had a nice big room. I am always keen to assess the wifi and I found that the Hotel's was one of the best I have experienced. The breakfast offered a wide and varied choice to cater for all tastes. I like this place. Staff were friendly and helpful. They gave me a loan of an umbrella when it rained.

Review 17：Not all rooms have airco and with 30+ degrees it is not pleasant. At breakfast it was very crowded due to group trip travelers.

Review 24：The breakfast was ok, but not great. Orange juice was foaming out of the machine and tasted like water. Nothing like juice at all. Also the "hagelslag" was old and the nutella had melted in the packet.

Also we changed our booking from another hotel in the area to this one because of the internet access.. in our room instead of in the lobby...This hotel also costed us 100 euro more for the 2 nights we stayed.. But when we wanted the internet to talk to our Grand kids we could not hook up to them..This is the 1st time we have stayed at a Best Western and not been happy with it... We are very let down with this experience and not happy...

Review 35：Location to what we wanted to visit on this trip..

Review 36：Our room was on the ground floor, immediately nest to the gravel car park and next door to the rubbish container store. The containers were dragged across the gravel early in the morning while we were trying to sleep. The floor of the room above creaked and groaned with every movement made by the occupants. The pool was very small and the sauna exhorbitantly expensive.

Review 43：We probably got the worst room in the hotel being on the first floor(directly above noisy keyboard player) and immediately above smoking area at front of hotel. We were disturbed first by playing of First World War English songs (hello we are in Holland??) then coughing smokers followed by noisy late returners. The bed was extremely low and was actually two narrow single beds pushed together which separated on any movement. The bath was narrow and hard to access in order to shower. I considered it dangerous as the height of the side of the bath made it difficult to climb out of. Room was very small only about 18 inches from end of bed to wall.

Review 63：Room was a long walk from reception.....this hotel is geared up to big volume of guests on coach tours etc so there is a quick turnover, hotel quite noisy and impersonal for this very reason. In addition our room faced over the restaurant/pool and we had a loud, annoyingly intermittent extractor fan whirring all night. As we stayed for a week it really affected our sleep, the hotel allowed us to change rooms but.... We could not escape the noise!
