Review 1：Poor Wifi in the room. No real air conditioning, just an air cooler that wasn't very effective in a very hot summer.
Review 2：The owners were here at all times and ready to help. They gave us good advice as to where to eat in town and how to get to the closest beach.
Review 3：Very noisy almost under motorway and railway line. Scratchy sheets. Breakfast no bread.

Review 8：The owners of this B&B are absolutely wonderful and sweet at can be. They were so welcoming and accommodating to anything we may have needed. The breakfast was catered right to your table with a great selection. Our kids really enjoyed the pool as well. The house is in a safe gated area with the option of free parking. I would suggest one have a car if wanting to drive to the Sarzana train or bus station. It would be a bit far to walk. The train had a direct line to La Spezia and then on to Cinque Terre, if desired. Sarzana is also a nice little town to walk around as well. I would recommend this B&B!
