Temperature was too low in the room and in the bath, and You can't regulate it by yourself, so You should ask reception to warm your room 1 or 2 degrees...TV doesn't work....So, bleak place, dark interior, and for next time will look for another hotel in this area....

Review 32：Ordered a Suite but it was not available as booked. Given a standard room. As I was required to pay on arrival, I was charged for a Suite but was allocated a standard room. I was unable to receive a rebate as I had already paid for the suite. Perhaps Bookings.com can assist me in recovering the difference in price between the Suite and the Standard Room rates?
