Review 1：Slightly over-priced. Kitchen could include more self-catering utensils (cutlery and crockery and microwave), so that guests can cater for lunch or supper. No matts in the bathroom - very slippery and dangerous when wet.

Review 2：The accommodation is directly on the beach. Peaceful and quiet and stunning view over the ocean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Review 5：It had the feeling of a hostel when hours of opening were posted. Breakfast is very, very limited. TV is also limited and cable networks do not seem to exist. The kitchen isn't needed. Who travels with kitchen equipment? Biggest issue is with noisy aircon and the fact these let in mosquitoes that bite. Beds a not awfully comfortable either. It looks a bit run down from the outside. Little nearby in way of shops so you need a car to go to the far side of the city.

I Actually Came Across This Place By My Friends Suggestion. ..The Room Was More Then What I Expected. The Swimming Pool Was Cool With Around Tables Sun Beds And Umbrella ...The View From The Room Was Lovely..The Balcony Was Perfect To See The Sunset And Sun Raise! Could Click So Much Pics For My Exbition. The Staffs Were Very Friendly And Helping. As I Ordered Some Indian Dish For Dinner...It Was Yummy... Mr&Mrs. Kumar Fish Curry Was Really Excellent....I Had Never Tasted Indian Food like this. I Will Recommend Salalah Beach Villas To All My Mates And Close Friends.

Review 13：I will list the "hotel's" problems in chronological order: 1 - website's pictures misleading, the rooms are not the ones you see on the website, plain and simple false advertising 2 - no proper parking facilities 3 - pools of water leaking through the windows into your room 4 - no drinking water available (we were told to go to the shops and buy our own) 5 - baby mattress completely covered in mould and mildew, then hidden inside a sheet 6 - broken shower and no water pressure 7 - breakfast was on a tray delivered to your room - sounds good until the third day when you realize you must eat the same plain, oily omelette again and again 8 - tap water was infested with mosquito larvae or what looked like tens of small, red worms!!! (both in the bathroom and the kitchen) 9 - 5 star prices for the cheapest wine in the shop - classic rip-off tactics on the part of the management 10 - the overall bad management of infrastructure and uncleanliness of the place All in all, it's worth paying extra for a more decent hotel if this is what you get. Hope you found this review useful, as we wish someone had taken the time to review it properly before we went.

Review 14：Its proximity to Crown Plaza which is a real hotel. You can't deny it's right on the beach but you have to drive off the road, through mud and deep pot holes, onto the sand of the beach to the front of the "hotel" in order to find a "parking space".

Review 15：Wifi connection is not reachable in top floor. No person responsible for the swimming pool in case of emergency. Would be preferred if front entrance is available through the roadside as entrance & parking access is only in the sea/ beachside.
