Review 1：Fantastic modern spacious room extravagant! Great parking. Just next to shopping center Palladio (food, market, etc.). Very large bathroom with 3 types of shower!! Easy to reach from highway. Very friendly receptionist! Great free WiFi.

Review 2：Internet was extremely slow in the room. There was no airco whilst it was included on the booking site. We contacted reception but they told is the airco was switched off and told is to Open the window instead as it was very hot in the room. Also, shower was a bit cold.

Review 8：As we do not allow dogs in hotels here in Australia it took a bit to adjust to them being allowed to stay in the rooms and move about the hotel with the owners and i love animals. this is not a negative but just a mention

Review 34：It's location to the nearby DoDEA school which I visited on business was extremely good. Wonderful staff; very helpful. We were told by the locals that the hotel's restaurant was one of the best in the city and it was! Food was excellent and service was also very good.

Review 35：Our apartment was very clean, nicely furnished and very comfortable. A big mall is right next door for those who like to cook. The on-site restaurant is also very good. The included breakfast is very nice with plenty of selection. But above all, the people who work there are very nice and very helpful.

Review 36：This hotel is great! Location is good for what the purpose of our trip. (Shopping in Nove, Camisano and at the Pyramid mall, visiting Venice for Carnevale and eating at great restaurants. The one at the rear of the hotel is fantastic.

Our room was very old fashioned with a poor mattress, small bathroom etc. Only part of the hotel is updated but the website misleads you to think the whole hotel has been renovated. Price should be adjusted for the older rooms.

Review 68：The location for me was good since it was close to the things I needed to go to in Vicenza. I liked the fact there was always plenty of free parking. It is also next to Emisfero in the Palladio Mall. You can easily walk there to buy many different things. The staff was very professional and pleasant to deal with. My room was clean and it looked as if the bathroom was updated with nice fixtures.

Review 69：My second time staying here I was put in the back of the hotel in what I can only discribe as a getto apartment... It was very brown, and old. Single bedroom with bath and kitchen area... We moved outa that room quick! Request a room up front!

Review 70：The room they upgrade me to was one of the best rooms I've stayed at in Vicenza! It was the superior room with a see through mirror to the bath. This room was also in the new part of the building up front.

Review 77：The pictures of the gym...the gym has two treadmills, two ellipticals, and two 15lb dumbbells. The pictures make it look like it's a huge gym, not so much. The a/c in the rooms is seriously lacking by American standards, but we are in Italy.

Review 78：This hotel is extremely nice. Beautiful rooms, the best staff that I have ever dealt with in a hotel. One of the staff personal actually took my wife and I to post one morning. We where on our way to the bus stop and he asked if we wanted a ride. Very patient staff that is always there to answer questions.

Review 80：My wife and I took our 11 and 13 yr old grandaughters,staying in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen diner/lounge with a microwave fridge,and balcony overlooking a fantastic pool area which we used every day.Next door to a shopping mall where we bought drinks and snacks .Airport,.Venice and Lake Garda are an easy 45min.motorway drive away.Good breakfast incl.and Restaurant with good reasonably priced meals.Very helpful English speaking staff.

Review 81：The location of the hotel is very close to the autostrada and therefore vry easily accesible. The pool area was very nice and clean. The restaurant had very qualited plates and at very low prices. Finally the parking area was quite big
