Review 1：Cleanliness!! Disgusting smelly bathroom, massive greasy dirt on the kitchen hood, weak breakfests often with yesterday bread (probably what they didn't sell the day before in the next door shop). Unreliable wifi.

Review 2：The distance to the beach was really short, parking in the nearby, local groceries in Zambrone. 100% working aircondition fortunately.

Review 14：We enjoyed being lazy after 3 weeks of touring. Nice to have kitchenette, but also convenient to have little restaurant and bar on premises. Liked Calabriano's own wine ... nice to have a balcony. Parking convenient. Signs say Calabriano Camping not Calabriano Residence. The hotel is in the middle of a camping ground ... so we went passed it a few times before realizing it was one and the same...

Review 15：Our host where extremely nice and generous. We had to leave early and they made a special for us for a breakfast served earlier then usual The place ultra clean and the breakfast is nice and generous. This place is a must .

Review 16：There were some mosquitoes around, and as there weren't any insect screens on the windows we couldn't enjoy the evening breeze.

Review 17：Everything was just excellent, the staff were super friendly, the restaurant was excellent and the beach was beautiful. The Wi-Fi was 10/10. It was easy to walk up to the road and along to the main beach area, and there were many other eating places around. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset over the western Mediterranean.

Review 18：Very restful place with good quality accommodation. The appartment was spotless with comfy beds and a nice balcony. Beach has gorgeous water and is sand and shingle. Staff were fantastic and the other guests very friendly. We were the only Brits there.

Review 23：April is still early in the season for Calabria, meaning that a lot oftourist places (restaurants, sights) are still closed. From May 1onwards many places are starting to open.

Review 24：We stayed at Il Calabriano in april 2012. The hotel is nicely situatedright on the beach. The lively town of Tropea, where you can book a tripto the Stromboli vulcano, is about 10 minutes drive. The hotel has goodfacilities a bar, restaurant, children's playground and complimentarybeach chairs and parasols. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful,making our stay here very pleasurable.

Review 26：We loved our stay at this excellent facility. It was very good value forthe price. The kitchen was well stocked. There was a nice patio outsidewith lawn furniture to sit outside and relax. The staff was excellantand very attentive. We were the only ones there at the time (since it isa beach resort and it was February) so the owner spoiled us with awelcoming cappucino and and a bowl of fresh citrus on the table.

Review 27：We had a car and although Zambrone is on the train line, you probably need a car to get to shops.

Review 28：Rosella the host was super warm and welcoming - nothing was too much trouble. They opened the restaurant early for us on the first night and accommodated all the kids requests. Good selection at breakfast with good coffee. Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment - kitchen was well equipped and beds comfortable. The place is more a summer resort and pretty deserted in winter but it was a relaxing stopover on our journey through Southern Italy. It has easy access to the beach.

Review 29：We stayed over one night during a road trip through Italy and Sicily.The accomodations were very nice for the price and the view of Strombolifrom the beach was great. The hostess was extrememly friendly, helpfuland gracious. It was a bit hard to find so be sure you get gooddirections.
