Review 7：The Staff was very friendly and professional. They always had a helping attitude. I stayed here for 13 days with family (wife and two kids) and absolutely liked it, although it was a bit far from the Centrum of Amerfoort ( 2 km or so).

Review 12：1) The airco didn't work : it just produced an error code : Err 121 . When I reported the lady didn't understand that I gave an error number but mistook it for my room number (which was 122). Further she didn't do anything about it except thanking me for reporting. 2) This wrong number lead to an additional charge of 30,- for the restaurant (accounted for room 121), which after some explanations was of course cancelled. Nevertheless a little clumsy. No solution, discount or whatever was given for the failing airco, even while we had a very bad night as it was extremely hot and humid that day. What didn't help was the duvet : it was made for midwinter and was of very good quality but far to hot for this time of the year, especially with a non functional air condtioner.

Review 13：Breakfast was in general ok, although several things where already finished around 9:45 and were not replenished afterwards, even on request (e.g. the bread).

Review 14：Breakfast caters to be the continental taste. Would have been good to have a toaster and perhaps a change in the hot food rather than bacon which sometime looked a bit inedible and scrambled egg. Did have lovely fresh rolls & croissants every morning.

Review 16：Room service. We did not receive shampoos for two days. We did not take a shower. After the second day in the evening I told that we did not receive shampoo and showergel. The receptionist told me every other day you get shampoo. Conclusion you cannot take a shower!! The soap is miniscule.

Review 24：I had asked for a quiet room. However, the room provided was very near to a main road. On complaining at the reception we immediately got a qyiet room. The receptionist said corrctly that the hotel apparently had not read the request.

It is clear that they are trying to save on the extra's, which would normally make you feel pampered while staying in a hotel: no coffee/tea-facilities in the room, only basic necessities in bathroom (no showercap), very limited choice with breakfast etc, no extra cushion in the room, etc.
