Review 1：Typical Italian hotel, probably converted from a house, with rambling corridors but a comfortable room. Our room had a recently updated bathroom with good fittings, but room lacked storage space particularly for two suitcases. Free WiFi for the whole time contrary to what others say but I had to reset my username and password frequently so perhaps that is what others encountered. The hotel also changed the username and password once while I was there. Good breakfast including toast and hard boiled eggs and homemade jam. Location - on a working street just a short walk from the pedestrian/tourist section of Vicenza and a 10 minute walk from the train station. Eating – no evening meals but opposite is the Vecchia Lira café bar which servers a good simple meal, or towards town there is a good pizzeria, Al Vecio Portego.

Review 8：- Because I booked by booking.com they gave me a small room and they don't want to respect my request to change the room .. the room was not like in the picture, smaller because they have to share a percentage to booking.com .. strange attitude for managers, they are not focus on clients needs, they are focus only on profit!!!!- I tried to discuses with manager and the attitude was negative, they let me understand to not use booking.com if I need bigger rooms .. very unreasonable!!! - they have a dog in the kitchen and they served us at breakfast a moldy bread..

Review 14：When I checked in, I was given a room on the fourth floor where the shower facility was virtually unusable. The issue was a section of the roof sloped down to allow for a large window and this impeded about 60% of the shower recess. The receptionist on duty didn't want to change the room at first and things got a little heated but the issue was sorted later.

Review 15：The staff were very friendly and helped out with every inquiry and need. The hotel even offers free bicycles to get out and around town. Breakfast is excellent.

Review 17：The staff were very helpful. The room and bathroom were excellent and the shower was great. It was a short walk to the center of the old city. The breakfasts were also very good with fruit, choice of coffee and tea as well as good selection of breads, jam etc. There was a good locked up car park.

Hotel Cristina's staff made me feel comfortable and that my business was appreciated. I highly recommend this place over any other in Vicenza. I stayed somewhere else the night before and was basically cheated on the price and service. You will get the warmest of welcomes and feelings from this place!

Review 103：Every member of staff was friendly and attentive. The room we had was very comfortable and we were spoiled in having a bath tub, too! Nothing was too much trouble at any time, even being helped with a room change early in the week of our stay. We left all bags and clothes on hangers and returned at the day's end to find everything seamlessly set up in the new room.

Review 112：This hotel suffers from a kind of chronical lack of space: small elevator, narrow corridors, windows that open to nowhere... It is not exactly a problem during short visits but can be a little opressive in longer stays.

Review 114：Our main complaint would be that although it was near the end ofSeptember, we were experiencing very warm weather and the airconditioning had already been turned off for the year so our room wasquite warm and if we opened the windows, we heard the street noise. Youmight want to ask for a room on the back side. And the first two hoursof wi-fi are free for the duration of a stay but it then cost 5 Eurosfor each two hours--pricey in this day when it has been free in mosthotels where we have stayed.

Review 115：The Hotel Christina is about a three to four block walk from the trainstation but there are good sidewalks on the way for pulling luggage--andit is close to the old city, with its attractions, restaurants andshopping. There is a small lift and our room was fine as was breakfast.
