Review 1：Hotel was central to all facilities we required. A very clean and friendly place. Would certainly recommend it to anyone who wants to see christmas markets
Review 2：I didn't like the way we wasn't explained probably to whereabouts of the car park ..and we were conned into paying for the hotel car park which we didn't use . ..The older lady at the reception was totally not helpful on us leaving and rude to us ..apart from that ..The rest if the staff were lovely ..she needs training in customer care !!

Review 4：The location was ideal and they offered us parking for our car very close by which meant we were right in the middle of things. I loved the interiors, retro chic but with modern facilities- very charming. The staff were all friendly and helpful, an overall enjoyable weekend away!
Review 5：Noisy room. Neighboring room had their TV turned on and everything came through the walls. Same with conversations next door or in the hallway. Not really willing to provide roomservice.

Review 23：The rooms are ancient and the carpet is extremely dirty and stained. Any time the restaurant downstairs were making meals the smells would come into the room. The rooms could use a renovation for sure.

Review 27：to expensive, very old except for the bathroom wich is huge but a few lamp bulb need to be change. We find old piece of soap on the top of the shower door. I can understand why people put them there because no rack in shower to store them. The breakfest was very ordinary. We were suppose to have a vew on the castel but we didn't se any castle.

Review 30：Weak wireless connection in the lobby, no free internet connection in the rooms, expensive internet (6 euro/ hour or 15 euro/3 hours), old and sometimes broken furniture, noisy rooms, no rooms with queen or king bed (only twin), no ironing services (though they provide a board and ironing machine).
