Review 2：no internet connection in most time. and even if it is working it is so slow that you can hardly use it. the dinner staff was not really helpful when we asked things.

Review 7：Everything. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The Spa is very good. The room was very nice with beatiful view of the mountains and very quiet. It's a perfect place to relax. The restaurant's service and food is excelent.
Review 8：Much of the information was only in german and italian, even though the staff spoke excellent english...it would be nice if more of the signs, etc, were also in english to avoid some confusion. Also, more clarity on how the spa works would be helpful for those of us not accustomed to nudity.
Review 9：We liked everything about this place. Staff were incredibly warm, friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was comfortable with a nice view, small eating area, and balcony with comfy chairs. The spa services included in the room price (pool, whirlpool, hut sauna, and turkish sauna) were heavenly. Bathrobe, slippers, and welcome goodie bag made it feel quite luxurious, plus the unexpected passes to use the chair-lift for nearby hiking was an awesome surprise. The pizzeria around the corner is an affordable delicious option for the budget-conscious traveller.
