Review 1：Limited choice of breakfast but you can always cook on your own. The resort is isolated and 10-15 mins away from the nearby town.

Review 2：Perfect place for winter gateaways with family. You can have so much activities with your children. Hotel can arrange free shuttle to nearby Pheonix ski resort, even if you want to enjoy night ski.

Review 3：The beds are not comfortable and the hotel is old and run down. It is also not very easy to get to. You have to take buses and taxis. If the bus is full you have to wait two hours for the next one, try to plan well.

Review 4：The staff were extremely nice and helpful. They all spoke very good English. Great location to where the Winter Olympics will be in 2018.

Review 5：The first room I booked was a studio and it was just not in any way big enough for two adults and a child and had to upgrade at quite an expense the studio being over $200 already! The grounds were filthy and in need of serious upkeep. Animals both caged and wild - petting zoo is disgraceful and we didn't sleep at all with all the cats outside moaning all night!

Review 15：The beds were very much Asian style. Hard as a rock. I am used to very much western style. No one's fault. Cultural differences and all. I just wasn't able to get a good night's sleep.

Review 17：It is conveniently located near the ski area but having it's own particular atmosphere. Is perfect for families with children as they can play endlessly at the playground. It's a perfect place for snow fun!

Review 18：We booked a studio for 4 pax and expected to have 1 room with double bed and 2 futon. However, the "futon" provided can hardly be considered a mattress futon that we have experienced & enjoyed else where. The futons are way too thin and it is a blanket rather than a futon. As a result, we didnt have a nice rest during the night and it is a shame as the hotel can do much better than that.

Review 20：We stayed at the Elf Pension for 1 night and it was fantastic!! The view from our balcony was great. They have an onsite restaurant which serves lovely hot chocolate, the shop also sellls everything you need, the rooms are well equipped, the hotel is also not too far from Pheonix park resort, only 3km about 10 mins ride in a taxi. The reception staff are extremely helpful and friendly and were very flexible with our arrangements. I hightly recommend booking this hotel based on comfort, convenience, service and location.

Review 21：Pulling heavy luggage uphill in yhe snow. If you drive then its not an issue.

Review 22：We went in winter and our room was further up from the reception. So we had to pull our luggage uphill in the snow. :( But we loved everythig else! bfast was sent to to every morning. The little shop beside the reception had everything instant that you can cook in your room. Even sanitary pads for the women! And they also arranged for us to go to Phoenix Park! It was too too cold for us but theres an area where you can waddle in 5 inch sniw and play sled and stuff.

Review 27：Breakfast starting at 9:30 is too late and the breakfast options were very limited. There is a small grocery store on site, but the selection there is also quite basic. Room heating seemed to get off at night, because it was 19 degrees when we woke up, when it was 23 in the evening. Value for the price was not good.

The room we had was a kids room which was filled with toys, which was kind of awkward for a young couple travelling alone. The staff was nice, but not very helpful. There was also problems with the hot water in the shower. The room was also kind of dirty, especially the kitchen area. Also no daily cleaning, it had to be requested at the front desk. They also require you to clean the room by yourself when checking out. The bed was very hard. No restaurants nearby. Only option for dinner were barbeque that could be ordered (which was good, but kind of expensive). This seems like a place better suited for families with children that also have cars(since it´s remote), definetly not for a young couple.

Review 33：Misleading accommodation photos, We booked for premier two bedroom suitewith Kids room but gave us One bedroom instead (rm 710b much cheaperthan the room we booked), but eventually transferred us (when watersupply was interrupted) to 3bedroom suite minus the playroom so my kidswere not happy on the transfer. During check in, only one englishspeaking staff so we waited freezing (but they offered hot tea) lobby isnot big enough to fit waiting guest spe. In big group so have to waitoutside freezing. Busted bulbs on entrance and hallways and even on somebedrooms our unit (210). I found condom wrapper in the drawer of one ofthe bedrooms so I doubt rooms were thoroughly cleaned.

Goodlocation to experience winter for guest from tropical country, like us.

However, it turned out that there is no extra bed but only blanket for sleeping on floor. Another problem is the heater. It had broken down twice at the middle of nights. It was fixed but only until morning, so we had a cold sleep.
