Review 17：The meal in the evening was very disappointing. We sent one course back as did another couple in the restaurant. However when this was brought to Management's attention they were very concerned and professional and actually removed this from our bill.

Review 45：The spa was very crowded on Saturday afternoon. There weren't enough lounge chairs for everyone. The outdoor pool isn't heated so only was able to relax by the pool on a sunny October day. The restaurant was also crowded on Saturday evening, they could have done with an extra person to serve.

Review 46：Very nice spa hotel. We had one of the larger rooms. The setting is wonderful, very quiet. The restaurant has very good food and wine. No need to drive into the village to eat.

Review 47：Before I requested a different, more modern room in the main hotel, we were given a really pokey, dark room which was in need of renovation. As soon as we complained though, we were given a much nicer, comfortable room but it was a bit insulting to initially be given such a poor room when they knew it was my husband's 30th!

Review 48：We stayed for two nights for my husband's 30th birthday and I had asked for their best table and a birthday cake to be arranged for after the meal. We were given a table with an amazing panoramic view of the rolling hills, had an absolutely lovely, smiley waitress and we both agreed that the birthday cake they had made was the best we had ever had! The spa is also excellent. We've been to lots of spas but this was of a really high standard with a huge list of treatments at a reasonable price. Couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough.
