Review 1：We stayed for one night in October 2015. Loved this beautiful, relaxing hotel. Great lake views from all rooms! Delicious full breakfast was included in the price. Dinner by the fireplace overlooking the lake and the town of Puno was excellent! Very friendly, helpful staff. Definitely recommend.

Review 2：staff was absolutely unpolite (reception and restaurant) I used first time the so-called "libro de reclamos"
