Review 1：Room was very tight with the two beds occupying almost the entire space.

Review 2：Staff were courteous and helpful, readily providing a multi-socket extension cable for our family's phone charging. Location was very convenient, barely two minutes from the Shah Alam expressway Bukit Rimau exit.

Review 3：Washroom basin (Handwash bowl) leaked & not able to fully maintained after request during stay 3days 2nights. Staff should be friendly when guest double confirm on the room rate booked & not kind welcoming for front table staff when we walk in for check in.

Review 5：The aircond has no cool air. Room was stuffy n dirty. Basin was blocked and staff was not helpful. My toddler was sweating. We changed room and yet the aircond is still not functioning well

Review 6：The room was tiny, bed wasn't comfortable and the bathroom had a transparent glass which was awkward because the bed is facing the bathroom which means even if someone is using the toilet the person on the bed can see what they are doing. The room was dusty too.

Review 8：It is fair and good deal. If there is a thing I don't like is the little noise made by restaurant at Ground Floor and Sky Bar at Roof Floor. The sound of people talking by phone is heard because my room is near elevator.

Review 9：Bathroom cleanliness and Front desk Staff are excellent, however we expect a bathtub (it was removed and not updated in booking.com) Location is fair. Facilities fair. WiFi is available and at good speed too. Comfort is expected and match with the price. We enjoy a TV show until 3 am and have a good sleep after that.

Review 10：while i'm came in no greeting only one staff attend guest the two of it just playing phone . during at night I hit the edge of the bed when they wanted to go to bed and i had injured at my leg . i don't want to complain at reception cause i know the answer already 'the bed is all same at our hotel' so no point if i complain at reception . By tomorrow morning while taking a bath pipe problem . which is broken totally mass up . full with water at toilet . a bit sad cause their action only being taken while i checking out . no use . request for late c.out but there will be charge for rm50 until 2pm . it is should be free untill 2pm .

Review 11：room exactly look like in picture . near with aeonbig shopping mall . infront of it have mamak stall which is i love lepak mamak . wifi so high speed with no stuck .

Review 13：- It is a brand new boutique hotel with well equiped facilities.- Good privacy, as this hotel provide the private car park and it's being well taken care by the security guard through out the night. - Room is clean and comfortable and it's equipped with Astro. - Front desk staff and house keeper are friendly and polite. - Room Wifi is stable and fast. - There is a drinking place at the Roof Top Skybar. The view and the environment at top of the hotel are superb. - There are many various restaurants with in few minutes walking distance. - Located next to Aeon Big supermarket. and Chinese Taipei International School 吉隆坡台灣學校. - Very friendly Front Desk Staff and Housekeeping. I will definitely stay there again for my next visit.
