Review 1：Pity that the only view of the beach was through the kitchen window (upstairs rooms) and not from the balcony . Can't turn the building around! But otherwise it was perfect

Review 3：The wifi didn't work in the room, but when I mentioned this to the management they were grateful for the feedback and took immediate steps to address it. So not really a "proper" negative!

Review 4：Perfect location - outside of the main drag but still within walking distance. Great ocean view on the walk as well. Pubs with quality grub nearby, and great cafe just down the road, Casey's - highly recommended! The staff were very friendly and willing to help in any way possible. Highly recommended.

Review 5：We had noisy people in the downstairs room who came home at 3am and yelled to each other in the stairwell which travelled straight to our room and woke us up, but obviously that is not the hotels fault!

Review 7：Really nice place, especially for a motel. The room is large, spacious and so well equipped. You have couch, coffee table, working desk and small table to enjoy breakfast. Tea and coffee making facilities, microwave and toaster are also found. The guy at the reception is so friendly and helpful, great!

Review 10：No toilet paper in unit. Was told there was but there wasn't. Sugar and coffee had not been re stocked either. Very difficult to contact staff at office. When checking out rang the bell many times without anyone coming. A woman having breakfast finally took my keys.

Review 14：My fiancée and I were doing a road trip up the NSW coastline and stayed here for 2 nights on the way up to Sydney. Troy and Stacey were so lovely and accomodating. We even stayed there again on the way back home to Melbourne. The room was spotless and spacious and the location and value for money 10/10. Will definitely stay there again!

Review 18：The room had been recently renovated with 'new' furnishings and good bathroom facilities. Had a private outdoor seating area. Room was of good size, furnishings were great and there were plenty of spare power points for charging phones and tablets. The motel has it's own Italian restaurant that offers dine in-room service.

Review 19：The man on the reception made us feel very welcome, he was funny and was so laid back, We then get into our room and it was really good value for money. we had a great stay and Narooma is a must see on the south coast!

Review 30：I thought the rooms were a descent size and it had a comfy feel to it. We ALL Had such a great sleep!! And it's also situated in a perfect location a few minutes from the supermarket, shops, petrol station.

Review 31：We were really impressed with the staff member who checked us in. Sorry but we didn't take any notice of his name.as we were in a hurry. He had a shaved head and was on the lean side.He was so friendly and always smiling we felt as if we had known him for sometime that is how friendly he was. I left my phone charger at the room we were staying at and we were impressed once again receiving a phone call from a staff member informing us so when we went back to the hotel to collect the charger we were met by the staff member who checked us in. In our opinion this gentleman is an assett to your companyHis customer service is fantastic.

We were pleasantly surprised with the great renovations. These have certainly improved the look and feel of the motel. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

In general just a great cosy family atmosphere - would recommend to everyone & we look forward to coming back!

Review 46：We arrived the exact day that a hand over was being done between managers & the new owners, However had I not have been told this I would never have known as it ran so smoothly. I saw JJ the day we arrived & chatted briefly to her then the following morning change over had happened & I saw the new owners who great. JJ had mentioned the prior day that maybe I could be the experiment guest as I would most defiantly be a guest who saw the before & after as the new owners had many big plans for the motel. I will go back for sure & I will recommend it to anyone.
