Review 1：On arrival the reception could not locate our booking. Inspite of having several vacant rooms they did not want to check us in. After long discussions we finally got the rooms, and we all understood that we were invited for dinner as a compensation for the poor reception. The rooms were basic. There are no reading lights and the bathrooms did not have a great finish. The safety box were out of order in most of the rooms. We were promised that they would fix it, but nothing happened. Very poor breakfast, and absolutely no service at breakfast at all. When checking out we had to pay in full for the dinner the first evening! Although we had complimentary beers in our booking we were also charged for the beer, because beers are not complimentary on day of departure! We only had had one beer each during the 3 days we stayed at the hotel! We can not recommend the hotel!

Review 5：Quality of the hotel building is little bit bad! No music around the pool! Problems with towels! I want to say if you pay so much (180eur/2person per night) then you find in Bali or thailand or something else the super villa!! They need to learn how to make the holiday for hotel guests perfect! There they only thinking about the money! Much to learn!!

Review 6：There was pool wich was quite large and good! The room service was also ok! The hotel building is from 10 points 6 looks good @ all photos (also in my photos) but if you are looking like smart guy then you see many bad things.

Review 21：The restaurant is significantly overpriced. The wifi drops often, but when it is up - its running nicely. Really poor breakfasts! Really. No slippers neither robes in the rooms - but you pay like the real 5-star. So over all, I think the hotel is overpriced.

Review 22：When just arrived - nothing worked: no hot water in the room, no fridge, balcony did not closed, telephone did not work and the safe did not open. It took one hour and one great floor manager Timati! To fix everything! Now you can take the room 311 - everything works now =)) !!! By the way, the corner, or one from the corner rooms are the best as they are the closes to the ocean and most remote from the pool (and the noise). We walked the entire beach but I did not see the hotel closed to the water then this one. I think I really got lucky by taking this hotel. So don't get upset if something is broken, it really looks like there are many things don't work right away, but it definitely do get fixed and you can then completely enjoy the atmosphere. The beach is really good by the hotel. Is it 100% sandy. Just one kilometer away you get bunch of rocks which are not nice to swim in. From the train station you should pay 200LKR to get to the hotel.
