Review 1：Booking.com appear not to have honoured their advertised price. Unfortunately this naturally impacted upon interaction with staff. Great place but very hard to get to

Gave 10$ per night more and they gave me a room, with AC, fridge and balcony with sea view.but seemed that is their office with office chair and table and sofa

The evening meals were very tasteful..... amazing view of Volcano vesuve...if you are coming by bus, they arrange carabiniery, police escort for the bus....for about 1-2 km from the hotel to the main road.... a hotel à conseiller, tous très gentil, près à nous aider, les repas ne sont vraiment pas chers (pour 20 € par personne avec pour deux une bouteille de vin et deux bouteilles de 1 litre d'eau), les chambres ont des balcons avec vu sur le vésuve, suffisamment de place pour se garer (gratuit), et de la nature, donc c'est possible de s'asseoir dans un de leur petit parc et de lire....si on vient par bus, on peut leur demander que la police escorte le bus de la route principale à l'hôtel, environ 1-2 km....nous, on garde l'adresse pour y retourner.... Au bout de trois nuits, on a l'impression de quitter des amis...
Review 17：The dinner was very simple and no selection was possible, although it was quite expensive. The breakfast was not available before 8:30, was simple, too, the tablecloth was not replaced from the previous night and although the hotel was almost empty, it was not allowed to sit to another table. When leaving the hotel the receptionist was not capable to manage the card payment, the whole procedure to get the invoice took about an hour. The furniture in the room was as a worn kitchen table and broken armchair.
