Review 1：The location of this place is awesome and breathe taking to say the least. With 180 degree views of vine yards, trees and the best that the Tuscany country side has to offer, this Hotel has all the amenities you need to enjoy an unforgettable holiday in San Gimignano, Tuscany.

Review 2：Good point to trips to Siena,Firenze,etc. Beautiful view. 15 min walking to san gimignano. You can go also by bus. Nice and clean room, nice garden. Good breakfast and wine.

Review 7：The owner was rude. Not willing to give any advice on tours and sights in the town. Everything we asked her to do was a chore. Made us sit outside in the cold/rain to eat our dinner we had to purchase elsewhere as they don't have a restaurant. It's a shame because the place would be perfect under the right management.

Review 9：Perfect hotel in a great location! We used it as a base for visiting San Gimignamo, Siena, Florencia and the Tuscan countryside. We chose to upgrade to a room with a view and it was spectacular. We especially enjoyed the breakfast that was available as early as 7:45 so we could get an early start on our day. Private parking was a luxury and it was possible to walk to the center of town or take a city bus that stopped very near the hotel. Paola and Roberta were always available and very attentive to even the smallest detail. I highly recommend the hotel!

Review 13：It was like a piece of heaven. Great view, calm, clean. At the evening you can smell the croissants which are baking for breakfast. The stuff is nice and helpful. It's hard to dislike this place!

Review 54：A very friendly family run hotel with a comfortable atmosphere. The owners made us very welcome and gave helpful advice about a concert we saw advertised and places to visit. Our bedroom was spotless and overlooked a beautiful Tuscan valley. The air conditioning and small fridge in the room were very welcome. There is a good size swimming pool set in pretty gardens with plenty of loungers, a lovely haven after a day's sightseeing. We loved the outside breakfast area shaded by vines. We would recommend a stay here.

Theyalso charged for the wifi, which wouldn't have been a problem if thewifi was good, but since it didn't work half the time, it was atotal rip off. Also, better if you have a car, cause the walk to SanGimignano is doable (20 minutes) but annoying after awhile.

Review 78：Breakfast. One of the main reasons we frequently holiday in Italy is the attraction of its food culture. Unfortunately the breakfast here is very poor. For example one type of the same cheese everyday, one choice of ham, one choice of fruit (not available everyday), there is bread and cereals with yogurt and 1 croissiant is brought to your table with a choice of hot drink. One comment on the americano is that is was awful! The first few days it tasted salty and I couldn't believe that we were in Italy drinking poor coffee. It was a huge let down especially where we are foodies and we were in ITALY! We found one of the owners less helpful than the other although this may have been a language barrier issue, however upon reflection we didn't find the hotel hosts overly helpful. We are not saying they are rude but sometimes we had the impression that we were almost imposing. It's more of a B&B than a hotel. The 'hotel' does provide food outside of breakfast but it's frozen pasta? We didn't get any of course and neither did we see any other guests purchase any.

Review 79：The views from the hotel were its main advantage, beautiful rolling Tuscan hills, picture postcard style. It's location was useful with it being 1 mile from the beautiful medieval town of San Giminano. The swimming pool was great and although there seemed to be a lot of people staying in the hotel, we pretty much had it all to ourselves for most of the day.

We found the hotel owners friendly and helpful.

Pieceful place, and good breakfast. Not every hoteloffer the possibility to eat your own lunch at its property, but hereyou can enjoy your meal in nice surroundings. This is for sure a placewe'd like to recommend and come back to.
