Review 1：A little bit tricky to find this place.
Review 2：Large apartment, short drive from Lerici from where you can take the boat to Cinqueterre. Friendly and helpful staff. Good wifi but you have to log in every time

Review 7：Own little 'barn' with all amenities. A little walk to the pool/reception area but that was no problem. Easy to find due to good signs and very kind staff.
Review 8：The lack of cleaning and you ought to clean your garbage under 20€ penalty fee. The road was not mark no asphalt and easy to be lost. No reception after 18:30.

Review 12：It is a bit tricky to find this hotel as the street it is located on is not on the most navigartion maps. Also the sideroad to the hotel is quite uneven (I believe it was washed out by recent floods), not suitable for cars with very low suspension. We barely made it in our Audi S5 and I was happy we did not drive a Porsche or anything like that.
Review 13：As we had a car, this was an ideal place for visiting Portovenere and Cinque Terre. All of the hotels located in La Spezia, Portovenere, Cinque Terre were either expensive or had low ratings and reported parking problems, so we chose Casali Romei in Sarzana as our base. It is a nice guest house. We got a large apartment with two rooms, comfortable bathroom, air-conditioning and kitchen. There was a nice pool outside. The hotel is far from central roads, so it was really quiet. It is really easy to get to Cinque Terre - just go to La Spezia, park your car in the cheap underground garage at the train station and enjoy train access to all 5 towns.
