Review 1：The fact that the TV remote and clock radio didn't work but on the plus side your great staff fixed this problem very quickly

Review 3：Only 1 hr free wifi is not enough . 2nd bath room understandbly for handicapped made the bathroom very wet after shower . The second rom shower head cannot be hang up,as the stand was broken . Highlighted but nothing was done . No phone from the room to the reception for us to leave message . ( we are from overseas ) No long mirror in the second room

Review 5：Where we had to park. Not good if you dont have a 4wrd. We parked on dirt and loose sand at entry to get into apartment.
Review 6：That our two young boys of 6 and 9yrs old loved the 2 bedroom apartment and bring 2 story. They loved the big spa and pool too. And the grassed fenced area was good for pitching and catching practice.
Review 7：I slept on single bed in room and it was SO hard I slept very little. It felt like sleeping on concrete - very disappointing when paying alot to stay in a room.

Review 31：I liked the size of the apartments, the facilities, everything you need was a close drive away. You can make it a fuss free stay as the resort offered restaurant & cafe with a water view, gym, pool and tennis facilities, lovely area to walk or cycle around.
Review 32：We paid $220 for one night's accommodation. When comparing with other places we have stayed I consider this to be high. The main bedroom only had one bedside table and one bedside lamp. Poor for $220 per night. Restaurant not open when we stayed, not close to shops and restaurants.

Review 104：The other people who were staying were very rude. We could not have access to the bbq facilities or the sun lounges as they would drape their towels on them first thing in the morning. Also one of the teenage girls played who music very loudly in the pool area. I felt quite uncomfortable swimming in the pool as the teenage girls would snicker and laugh at me. The parents were very unfriendly as well. We would never go back as I did pass this on to staff who said that there were a few families that always holidayed there and there rudeness and ownership of the pool and resort facilities has been an ongoing problem. Also in the front of the townhouse where the outside table and chairs were, we found many cigarette butts, empty stubbies and rubbish strewn around the area left from the last guests.

Review 112：When booking I was told I would be able to order room service for the kids for dinner while I attended a wedding in the reception area. This wasn't available, there was no answer on the after hours number, and there weren't even any staff I could find anywhere! I had to go into town to get them dinner so I missed the beginning if the wedding reception dinner!!
Review 113：Reception hours too limited, eg not open until 9am. Only open for 2 hours on Boxing Day (2-4pm), despite this being the busiest time of year and prices the highest. If prices are higher, service level should be higher too.
