In the center of town, the Residence Venice is a 10-minute walk from Quarto d'Altino train station for trains to Venice and Trieste. It has apartments with balconies, a dishwasher and washing machine.
Each apartment is spacious and bright with a comfortable living area with sofa bed and dining table. You will find a microwave and all appliances in the kitchenette, plus tables and chairs out on the balcony.

Review 1：This was our second time here. No surprise that we return (this time in winter). Everything went smoothly and well - I was a little scared of the efficiency of heating but it also turned out well. All in all it was great as "ususal".

Review 2：Very nice spacious accommodation, with kitchenette, a short distance from Venice airport. The host is a gentleman, helpful with local information. We only stayed overnight for our flight out the next day, but it would make a comfortable and affordable base for exploring the Veneto as well as Venice. His restaurant recommendation was spot on- try the local Pinot Grigio.

Review 3：The lady was very helpful with everything...especially in terms of where to go and how to get there. Even helped us with changing money. Excellent stay and we felt very welcome. Just 20 mins into Venice by car.

Review 10：I can't recommend this location and apartment enough. You are a 2 min drive to the train station, where you can park you car free and safely. It is then a leisurely 25 min train journey into the heart of Venice. The staff are brilliant. The accommodation is clean and secure. I wouldn't stay anywhere else, and we have 3 kids 10 - 15 years old.

Review 11：I have a walking disability so found the walk to the train station a bit of a hassle. Not so for my husband and daughter, who covered the few blocks in 10 minutes.

Review 12：This is an apartment which proved to be perfect for our one-week visit to Venice. It was very easy to take the local train into Venice for sightseeing each day, we could buy the train tickets from the office. There was a supermarket just around the corner where we could get all the food and items we needed throughout the week. Balcony was furnished with a table and 4 chairs.

Review 13：Not much to see in the area. You need a car to access neighbouring areas to find a place to eat. Everything seems to close very early around ere. The electric hobs in the apartment weren't really up to cooking a meal either, we gave up trying to boil eggs.

Review 14：Cheap accommodation for the Venice area. A good size. 30 min drive to Venice one way, and 30 minute drive to the beaches of Jesolo the other.

Review 15：We were greeted warmly and given lots of information about the local area and Venice. The facilities were excellent and we were only ten minutes walk from the station. The owners were lovely and made us feel very welcome. We aim to return next year for a longer stay!

Review 16：The apartment is maybe a bit old but very clean and big! Good sleep comfort. It is located in a small town but close to the train station with a direct train to Venice.

Review 17：Very friendly staff! We stayed here to visit Venice. Lady was so kind to even give us a map of Venice and pointed out a perfect (alternative) route and see everything we wanted in Venice. It was our second visit to Venice so she gave us some "non-tourist" spots to see. She also helped us with our train tickets. The apartment is big and very comfortable. If you want to visit Venice and are willing to take a 20 min train, this is perfect! You even get a free guide with all these tips of the staff ;)

Review 18：Baby bed was broken kept collapsing. Only one plug socket worked in the apartment so no lights in bedroom.

The lady at reception was super helpful and took time out of her day to sit down with us provide us with maps and explain where to go, what to see and how to get around venice. Review 24：Staff were some friendly on arrival, giving us helpful information for sightseeing during our stay. Supermarket, restaurants and train station all close by. Would recommend as a friendly, clean, value for money and perfect for sightseeing around Venice.

Review 25：The only negatives we encountered were low shower pressure during peak shower times, and some issues shutting the door of the dishwasher. But the room was equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. We were very satisfied.

Review 26：The reception staff texted us in advance to ask if we would like our room key in the hallway safe in case we arrived after reception closure. Upon arrival, the owner of Residence Venice greeted us personally, gave us a welcome package including a map of Venice, on which he tok the time to explain key attractions, their location, where to walk, what to eat, what not to eat, all of the insider information for Venice. We were accompanied to our apartment and personally shown how all of the appliances work. The owner was able to sell us train tickets to Venice right from the reception, and when the trains to Venice did not run the next day due to a strike, he refunded our tickets without hesitation! Best apartment or hotel staff we have ever experienced.

Review 74：The apartment is very well located for both the Venice train and local shops and the customer service was excellent. The accommodation itself was all excellent - everything very shiny and new and clean. The apartment was very well laid out, spacious and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning very effective (which was great as it was so hot!). It was a lovely place to spend time.

Review 75：The place is very good, clean and nice, a room with many facilities, a bit near to the train station (Quarto D'Altino), super market and some restaurants are around the place, the best thing is the staff as they are extremely helpful and very welcoming. The price was very good and we highly recommend it for your stay.

Review 78：Only thing I didn't like about is to reach Venice it takes about 1 hour on-way. And this time is very crucial when you are planning for somthing. And also the trains runnig towards Venice are not poor as in Public holidays and weekends it might get cancel. So prepare accordingly.

Review 80：From Residence Venice you can easily reach the railway station of Quarto d'Altino in a 3 minutes drive and from the station you can arrive in Venice in 25 minutes. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

The staff was helpful (gave all info on the locality, travelling to Venice etc. even timetable for the train service was provided). The appartment was spaceous and well equipped. Good for a family of 3-4. The station is at a walking distance (we parked our car in the free car park of the station). Venice is 25 minutes by train. All in all we highly recommend this place for all kinds of travellers.

Review 92：The WiFi signal was good in the apartment. I didn't like theconfusing route to get to the hotel (due to road construction.) It wouldhave been helpful if the the staff had initiated an email after booking,to explain this problem and provide clear navigation directions (our gpswas no help) for the English speaking traveler.

Review 93：For the budget minded traveler who isn't concerned with being inVenice, but who can conveniently access it and the airport via trainbus, or car. This is a great value. The town is cute and has a localflavor and a few attractions and restaurants that are interesting andgood. The apartment was plain but had all the conveniences promised. Thestaff was very friendly and helpful upon arrival.

Review 94：The train that runs from Quarto D'Altino was not very frequent. Check the schedule prior to making plans.

Review 95：The Customer Service here is suburb! A very nice, clean & quiet apartment close to a grocery store in the very nice & quaint neighborhood of Quarto D'Altino. Beds were very confortable, small kitchen was nice and the bathroom was spacious. Everything worked great, even the hot water. Train station into Venice was a short walk away. The owners were very hospitable, friendly and nice.

Review 96：The room was very small for 5 people. If you stay for one or two night can be ok, but more than 3 nights is a calvary. The air conditioner works poorly, the room is extremely hot. If you don't have a car this appartment is not a good option for visiting Venice.
